Redeeming reward points problem

Having trouble with redeeming reward points. It says it is placing my order but it comes back again to the paying point! Anyone any suggestions??

There are a couple things that happen with the points... first I think they have to cover the whole amount of your order and also I think it works on full priced items. Maybe try those things first? I'm sure someone else with more knowledge will come along soon too.

Thx Karen, I had more than enough points but it was a discounted element one. So that might be the culprit. Will try after the flash sale than.

Try just having one item in your cart to use the points on and have it be under the amounts the points will take off. If you do that then it will work and you get the item for free. It doesnt take the actual points OFF your order. They are working really hard to try and fix that .
You can find out how much your points are worth when you do have a few items in your cart and use the points. It will give you a XX amount off. The delete everything but one item you want to get and make sure the price is under what the points will take off. Then use your points. It will come up free.

As for why it keeps coming back, I have no idea. The shop can be wonky sometimes. Did you try to do it in a different browser?
