Hi! Welcome to the Rachel Jefferies Mixed Media Challenge for October. This month’s challenge is inspired by nature and artsy tags.
But first, let us congratulate the winner from the September Challenge:

October Challenge:
Fall is one of my favorite times of the year for rich colors and textures. A pile of leaves, berries and nuts on the ground, intense yellows, reds and oranges in every imaginable shade – the season is a smorgasbord of sensations. When I first began crafting, I loved creating artsy tags. I would mix inks, paints, fabrics, leaves, buttons, and more to create a mini art statement. And I would often draw from nature for my inspiration.
For our October challenge, I am challenging you to create a layout inspired by nature and tags! I’ve created a Pinterest Board full of inspiration. https://www.pinterest.com/divamom96/nature-and-texture-and-berries-oh-my/ ) You can create an artsy tag, card or layout, inspired by the Pinterest Board, but you must incorporate a tag into the project. Rachel has graciously offered this FREEBIE to use if you wish.
Have fun with this - be imaginative! Rachel's kits have the perfect elements and colors for this challenge, and I'll bet you even have some of them in your stash!

Rachel’s collections are full of rich colors, nature elements and cards. Here are a few that might inspire you:
Challenge Requirements:
· Create a layout, card or tag inspired by my Pinterest Board that includes a tag. You may use the freebie in your project.
· Your layout must be 100% Rachel Jefferies products; 90% must be currently available in her store; you may use up to 10% retired products.
· Upload your layout to the Rachel Jefferies Designs Gallery at TLP and list the products used in your credits.
· For your challenge entry to be counted, you MUST upload your finished layout to this thread. Please link your thread to your gallery image as it helps us leave love on your layout (and, validate your project).
· No double dipping…your layout must be used for this challenge only, no others.
· You must create a new layout/card/tag for this challenge.
· This challenge closes at midnight 31 October 2020 according to the timestamp on your thread post.
Prizes:
· One lucky artist will be randomly drawn to win a $10 coupon to Rachel Jefferies store.
· New Release Bonus Entry! If you use one of Rachel’s products released in October 2020 (a new release, M3, BYOC and even SOSN released in October 2020) you will get a bonus entry for a chance to win a $6 coupon (should you not be the $10 winner). Please let me know if you are eligible for the $6 entry by stating “New Release Bonus Entry” when you post in the forum.
