Karen that is wonderful! It is for such a good cause and I'm certain that it will be an amazing eperience! I have participated in the race for the cure 4 times and have loved it every single time! I'm sorry to hear about your bil's fight with cancer. :( Best wishes (and big (((HUGS)))) to you and your family.

*hugs* sweetie!!! I`ll be thinking about you and your family!!!

this is really a good cause and it`s worth it :)

That's amazing. You will do great!!

I walked one last year for my hubby's aunt. I wish I could run it but I figured participating is good no matter what. :)

HUGE kudos Karen. What an amazing experience and cause. ((hugs)) sweetie! Will be thinking of you and yours!! ♥

Ahh, hugs and love to you and your family! Race for Life is so amazing, my Mom and Aunt are both survivors and we try to do a walk every year.

well i did it,1 hour and 8 minutes so pleased with that and had a gossip on the way round dont think id of managed to run it being pregnant anyway and the majority did walk it and totally amazing to see how many people have been touched by cancer such a good and deserving charity and i raised £100

Well done, Karen - great result and good job raising so much.

I'm doing the RFL on 4th July - only I'm doing the 10k (I'm only panicking a little, I'm pretty confident I can run it as long as I can keep my training going! I'm not even going to attempt to predict how long it'll take :)

I think it's great that RFL has got so much momentum these days, so many people do it, it's great. My friend is going through treatment for cancer (again, unfortunately) at the moment so it's a cause pretty close to my heart too.

I've just blogged about my training if anyone would like a read.

your such a brave girl judet doing 10k this one was only 5 but i was pretty proud of myself in doing it in the first place and doing it while pregnant and felt great today when my sister text me today to ask how i was and that she was proud of me for doing it
