Quick linking question

When I posted a layout in one of the Challenge threads & tried to link it to my gallery, I couldn't get it to work, the text would just show up. I tried it just like we used to, and then I tried everything else that made any kind of sense to me - and maybe a couple things that didn't. What am I missing?

so the winner is #3 for regular size and #4 for thumbnail

Thanks Anne - I only had to edit it about 4 times before it sunk in & I realized what I was doing wrong....I think it must be bedtime!!

Thanks, Anne. I had the same problem today. Didn't even see the BB codes on the side. Love BB codes. They make things so much easier. Thanks also for the great tut.
