Always use public Transport when we travel. We always try to stay as close to the centre of a city so we can walk or take the subway quickly. My kids use the public transport around here, Canberra only has a bus service but it's ok. I drive everywhere..

Singapore has the best Subway system I have come across. Quick, clean and efficient - almost the opposite of Sydney.
