So I have been heading up the P365 forum here at the pad, and will do so again this coming year (at least that's my plan)! Here are my answers to your questions!
Any tips to share? I have lots of tips. 1. keep it simple! I only focused on taking a photo a day, and I didn't care if it wasn't a stellar photo. If I took a photo that was good for me. I also didn't really edit any of my photos. Maybe this year I will take on a little more, but if it's your first year I would really suggest keeping it simple just so you can keep up on it! 2. If you use a couple "filler" photos in that one year, don't stress it! 3. It's your project...make it your own!!!
Are you doing it again this year? Yes...I hope to continue
If yes, what would you do differently? Might focus more on the editing...we'll see.
If no, why not?
What format did you use for your pages? Did you buy templates? Make your own?
One page a week? or 2? or a page or 2 a month? So I started out doing my LO's along with my photos - one page per week - seven photos on a page - mostly templates by Gina Miller. I have a little folder that I titled P365 and it houses all of my templatepacks and kits I am using since my album will be cohesive. Problem is, I am only thru week 10 in my pages. But you see I am not stressing because I have the photos all in a special folder, and I posted in the forum here with little descriptions, so at any time I can go back and pick up on my book! Only 42 more weeks to go...YIKES! But again I am not getting myself stressed about it and I am not letting this part of it stop me from taking my photos!!! So that right there is another tip - as long as you keep them somewhere in a spot where you can reference back to don't worry too much about the book - just take the pictures and make the memories!
Did you blog it? Not so much on my blog - mostly in the forum here!
So there you have it - hope that helps you make your decision! I totally completely 100% recommend it! I love looking thru my P365 picture folder and seeing a whole years worth of my favorite photos!
