Problem with layer styles in PSE14

I bought PSE14 last December but haven't used it b/c I still have PSE10 which is comfortable and familiar. I also have CS6 but rarely use it and never for just scrapping. Anyway, I bought some MORE layer styles (I'm an addict) today and decided to get around to loading them in PSE14. Is 14 that different? Do you have to load them all individually like in Photoshop? In 10 and 6 I put them in a certain folder and they all loaded at once. Takes forever but I just leave PSE open. Been doing it for so long I remember where they go and to delete the thumbnail database. Restarted computer and now no styles at all load. What did I do wrong? Do I just need to load them all one at a time like in Photoshop and then save as a favorite? Thanks!
 
@~Mary Load them like you do in Photoshop. At the top of the style panel is the dropdown, and you can load them from there! (I hope that made sense!). The easy loading is the reason I moved to 11 from 10.
 
Yes. In 14 you seem to have to load the styles from the interface. Brushes were still recognized when I bulk dropped them into the directory but I had to go back and reload the actions and styles individually. Maybe Lorry knows a shortcut I couldn't find, but that is my experience.
