Hello!

I'm looking for recommendations for buying a printer: I want to use it to print mainly my digital kits, like cards and elements (with thicker paper). I won't be using it to print photos ( I've a Canon Selphy for that). Ideally, I'd also like the printer to be able to scan flat. So I'm looking for a good-quality but affordable model.

Another question, do any of you scan paper kits so you can reuse the templates? Is the quality good enough?

Thank you for your recommendations! :)

I really recommend one of the Epson Ecotank ones because you can print tons without having to replace the ink. Seriously, I do a lot of printing of digital kits and I think my last ink lasted over a year. Plus the quality is good. I have the 3750 but I've had it for a few years so I'm sure they have newer models.

Thank you very much for your reply! I'll probably go with the Ecotank. My research points to this model. However, I have read many comments about problems with WiFi. :)

Not gonna lie -- mine was a pain to set up and get connected to wifi. But now that it is set up, I have no problems.

I finally opted for an Epson Ecotank, a basic model, and I'm very satisfied with the print quality for my use. I had no trouble installing it. Very satisfied! :)

Yay! Glad you found a good one and that installation was easy. :agree
