Happy Monday. Today's December Deal in the Lilypad Store is 25% off pocket scrapping.

Do you like pockets in your clothing? Would the number/style of pockets determine weather you would buy something or not?

I love pockets. I'm always using them to put stuff in. If I don't have pockets I have some bags I carry like a extra pocket. Then there are pocket aprons - those are essential for carrying things about when I'm doing the chores. I put pockets on all of my kitchen aprons.

Joy has inherited my love of pockets. She gets excited when she finds a dress with pockets in, and often complains that boys clothing has better pockets than girl's clothing does. This year she has discovered cargo pants - Dad was persuaded to buy her several pairs.
 
I am with you and love pockets. I get so annoyed when I’m wearing shorts without pockets and have nowhere to put my phone.
 
Yes, the pocket situation has a lot of room for improvement!!! I bought a Spibelt so even if I don't wear clothing with pockets, I have that. It's my purse. I like to travel light!
 
I love pockets. For me, they're pretty much a must-have for pants or shorts. And I also carry a handbag with several built-in pockets, which allows me to keep track of my phone, my car keys, and so on.

When it comes to dresses, pockets are not a must-have for me, and sometimes I don't want them at all: it depends on the fit, the fabric, the style, and so on. A formal frock (not that I ever wear a formal anymore!) does not need pockets, and pockets might even make the dress look bulky or weird. A casual sundress? pockets are good!
 
I especially love it when dresses have pockets! I just got a few new ones today and only one out of three had pockets.
 
I like pockets, but I don't NEED them in my clothes. I'm always going to carry a purse to hold my essentials anyway. I do like to put my phone in my back pocket occasionally, but my phone is so big, I don't leave it there for long, because I'm always afraid it'll fall out and get broken!
 
I always want pockets- especially in workout pants/leggings-- I need somewhere to put my phone so it will count my steps while I walk/workout! I try to make sure any leggings I order have pockets and have been known to return ones that don't have pockets if I didn't realize they did not. I prefer pockets in dresses, but I will usually be carrying a purse with a dress so it (a dress not having pockets) is less likely to be a reason for me not to pick a specific dress.
 
I like when my clothes to have pockets , so I have places to put my chap stick, or treats for neelix or myself.. *L* or little things I find about.. I tend to collect crap throughout the day and my pockets find them
