Hi,

I have purchased one of the Valerie's pockets nr 3 (order nr #228271) last weekend and I have downloaded one part which was bigger without any problem but the second part for psd (which is more important to me) does not work. I have downloaded it like 3 times - did what you said here https://the-lilypad.com/forums/showthread.php?15597-valerie-s-pockets-no.-4 and it still doesn't open and it always says that the file is damaged. Could you please help me to solve this problem?

P.S I have sent you an enail but probably you need to deal with a lots of emails after the weekend that is why I decided to post my problem here as I can't wait to use the pockets

Can you tell me approximately how long it's taking you to DL the PSD zip? Thanks.
 
I didn't remember how much time it had taken so I have tried again and this time it worked!! maybe it was less traffic that during the weekend!sorry for bothering you!!and thanks!!
 
I had the same problem and Kelly at The Lilypad's customer service was very patient in helping me deal with the problem. Valorie may also have reuploaded the files over the weekend or something. I was finally able to download everything smoothly yesterday.

So a HUGE thank you to Kelly and Valorie for making sure we get our downloads :)
