[COLOR=#404040 said:That is so encouraging to read, Lisa! I'm not too sure about bringing in the retired products. Isn't the whole point of retiring a product , to not bringing them back? I could bring them back but I guess I want to honour those that bought during the retiremnt sale thinking they were going away forever. I don't know what are your thoughts as a customer and how about the designers out there, what are the rules around bringing back retired prodcuts? @lmccandless?[/COLOR]

You’re such a sweetheartThis is such happy happy news!! I'm so excited that you are creating again Vinnie, you have always been such an inspiration, a huge welcome to TLP you are going to love it here!![]()
I feel a little ashamed to say I bought a lot of your products when they retired. I say ashamed because retirement sales mean huge savings for the person buying the kits...but the cost may not reflect the “value” of the products. As a consumer, I am not offended or bothered by products coming out of retirement (it just means I got them at a huge bargain). There are probably many items I did not buy during the retirement that I would buy now. And many items I have already purchased, I would love to revisit and create with again. I do not recall the wording used during your retirement sale. I can understand the hesitation to bring products out of retirement if you said the products are going away forever. It may feel dishonest to bring them back. My consumerism does not care, though...lol...sounds harsh, but its true.
As a person, I understand “life happens.” Sometimes a designer moves stores. Sometimes a designer retires, with no intention of creating digital kits again....or the designer moves from “digital” to “real paper;” or changes styles significantly such as creating Pocket Cards only. A year or two goes by, the designer learns, grows, spreads her wings, or simply lives life for a bit. I think it is okay to come back with products in tow. But that decision is yours to make. You’ve got a fan, regardless. I say, follow your heart and do what feels right and reflects your morals.
