I've been toying with the PL idea every January for 3 years but can never fully commit. :giggle

So, I decided I was going to do a Summer 2013 edition. June-August. Seems manageable and if I hate it, then I'm only locked in to 3 months.

I got the Studio Calico PL subscription and plan to supplement with my TLP goodies and extensive paper hoard.

I'm excited so far, but then again I haven't started yet. :whistle

This could get sticky when the kids are gone for 6 weeks, since my life isn't all that exciting, but we'll see what happens.

I think before I start I better get caught up on my P365, which is way behind (I just need to slap the pictures in, assuming I have pictures...).

I just decided to do a photo a day for the summer too. Not sure if I'll do a PL approach to scrapping them or what, but maybe... we'll see.

I have taken a summer bucket list challenge and plan to do it PL style :) one item per card, and then the accompanying pics when we check it off. :) I did PL for the first time recently for our Disney trip (thank you Krista!) and loved it!

Love that idea! I keep telling myself I will start Project Life (like you every year for years) but a summer edition might be the perfect way to start. Like, start right now! lol

I think that's also a great idea! Especially since I can't even fully commit to mine, wish I would have done it this way...

I really love this idea, Angie. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

I've been trying to figure out what I am going to supplement my PL with this summer since it's going to be fun + vacation filled this year. I've decided to do an insert for June, July and August on the 12th. 12 photos on the 12th - sort of a mini day in the life - each month to capture the flavor of our summer days. I think I am also going to do a mini-album inside my PL in a 6 x 6 size with our Summer Manifesto. Ali Edwards has had some great inspiration on that lately. Angie, if you're still stumped on how to format your Summer PL, you might check that out. :)

Oh I will. I was just going to go with all one kind of insert because I'm unimaginative and easily overwhelmed. :giggle

this year i'm splitting our PL up into quarters, and will print 4 books for the year. this puts april, may, june together, and july, august, september together. it kinda splits up our summer, but it will have to work.

Love the Summer PL idea. I've been overwhelmed by the idea of PL and this may give me a taste :)
