It's pie day! Are you doing anything fun?

I'm going to make a sugar cream pie. I've never done it, or tasted it before, but it looked delicious on tv yesterday.

If my mom remembers, she does pizza pie for dinner.

oh I forgot about pie day... I should go get a Marie Callendar's Banana Creme Pie for dessert tonight. thanks for the reminder.

I bought a razzleberry pie Saturday and baked it up. We are slowly eating it. Also got two individual peach pies...one of which was for free. :) And we had homemade pizza for dinner on Saturday. Can that count for today?

My mom used to make the best lemon merengue pie, made from meyer lemons from our backyard tree. Yum! I thought about making a pie for today, but that's as far as it got!

I totally meant to make pie to take to work today and flaked on the whole thing. I love Pi Day...I'm such a math geek. We did have pizza for dinner, so I guess that will count :)

My son's math teacher gave extra credit to kids that brought in pie, made homemade tshirts, and memorized pi numbers. So we did all three!

I got my pie tonight.... Actually, hubby picked one up on his way home from work. Banana Creme ...Yum!

I did lots of math in school, and I like math, but I don't really understand why people get excited about pi day.

How do you like to write pi when you are doing math? Do you make the top curvy, or do you go straight? I started off trying to make it curved when I was young ... but eventually after writing it so many times, I just started to make it all straight.

I didn't even remember it was Pi day until late last night. missed opportunity.

Pie day is actually in January and has nothing to do with math. :P
There's also Pi Approximation day on 22/7 (Euro date style).
So lots of opportunities to eat pie!
