Photoshop CC Year membership on sale

Not sure if this is good or not but I noticed Amazon has 12 mo subscription for 88.99. It ends tonight 11/10/16 at 12 midnight PST.
I'm trying to decide if this is too big a jump for me from Paintshop (Corel) to this. Any advice?

I know nothing about Paintshop. I do know that you have a huge support system here that will help you get up and running with PSCC!
And Lightroom is amazing!

Yes, I think it comes to something like $7.41 per month but you pay up front. If you cancel the $7.99 plan in the early months it's ok, but after mid year, there is a penalty.

I think it's a good deal either way.
