PayPal is currently experiencing a technical issue that is resulting in longer than normal processing times for some orders. If you are waiting on your downloads, please be patient as PayPal is working to correct this problem over the next few hours. I spoke with their business center a short while ago and they expect to have it resolved by morning EST. I'll make sure to work with anyone who has been impacted by this issue as soon as PayPal gives me the all clear. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
