Papers Folder in Full Circle Collab?

I was unzipping folders from my weekend purchases. When I got to the Papers folder in the Full Circle Collab, there were no papers. Just a folder named Users - Esther Wisdom.

What's up with that?
 
Yes, there were 7 zip files: templates, TOU, previews, pocket cards, papers, alphas. But in my Papers file was a Users folder that when clicked had Esther's name and there were zero papers.
 
I also had to click through all the folders- eventually there were 2 paper folders
 
Okay, I finally clicked through a zillion folders and found the papers. I have to say that this was not up to the standards I associate with this store.

I"ll have to take a look at it after I get my daughter to school. Thank you for your feedback and I also appreciate your grace. I'm actually in the middle of an extremely difficult dynamic and had to make an fix something and I guess when I did it through something off
 
I apologize for the confusion. When working on macOS, an extra step is required when zipping files to prevent additional Mac-specific data from being included. When I zipped the files on my end, everything appeared correct, and I did not complete a full unzip test from a purchaser’s perspective.


All files were present and unaffected; however, I understand the folder structure was not ideal. I’ve corrected the zip file and uploaded a clean version.

If anyone would like an updated download link that reflects the corrected zip file (without my name appearing in the folder path), please submit a support ticket. I’m unable to respond to or update individual requests from this thread.
