lol, come on own up, which of you ladies on here have tattoo's, if so how many, where and what are they like.

I have loads, I have 10 so far, and I love each of them, but would love o have the top of my arms coloured complete a half sleeve, so thats my goes this year to have my arms filled in with ink.

not a one, but I have on occasion, drawn a frog on my thumb joint. Nothing permanent.

I have 2. A Celtic-inspired design that I made based on my trip to the British Isles (it's on my left shoulder) and a weird abstract tattoo on my left wrist (it kind of looks like the outline of a butterfly). I really feel "unbalanced" and I want something on my right side, along my ribs. But DH isn't a fan of tattoos, so he'd rather I just stick with the 2 I have. ;) Actually, I'd love to get the wrist one removed. It wasn't done as well as I'd liked.

I just have one, on the inside of my arm just below my elbow. I'd like to have more put around it, but I am not sure what/which direction to go, so here I sit. lol

ok, here is what I have

1, head of a rose, with 2 small hearst below, on my (boob)
2, daughters name on my left outer wrist
3, 4 different size stars on my right inner wrist (size order...daddy, mummy, aiden, megan)
4, large balck chinese trible dragon left upper arm
5, black trible tattoo designs on right upper arm, thats goes half the way round my arm
6, triquetra symbol on right calf with sons and hubbys name around it
7, black trible talloo right upper arm
8, massive 3 lily tattoo, starts on my left foot and goes almost up to my knee
9, black trible tattoo lower back (had this done when was in san fransisco)
10, Mega huge black cross on my back....starts in my neck, goes down and out over my shoulder blades and down middle of my back to meet up with the trible in my lower back

I have two turtle doves on the inside of my left ankle. Special meaning to me and dh. I would like to get a small pawprint somewhere, but I'm not sure where.

I don't... yet. My BFF and I were going to get matching pilcrows this fall, but when she came to visit, she was too sick to leave the house much, let alone get a tattoo.

We postponed it until later this year when we're able to meet up again. I can't wait!

P.S. This is a pilcrow aka the copyediting symbol for a new paragraph aka the nerdiest tattoo ever:

I don't have one but I nearly got a huge angel on my right shoulder when I was young and desperately in love with a fabulous and very tattooed guy so we would have matching ones but sadly he died before we got past the planning stage (not sure if I would have legally been able to get one back then as I was under 18 and my Mother would NOT have oked it!).

My hubby HATES them with a passion so it probably worked out for the best in the long run. But I do love them on other people :)

i have a little one (a sun with a moon and a star inside - my sister designed it for me ... ) - it kind-of on my hip/pelvic region where my bikini (back when i wore a bikini) would hide it ...

i'd like another one someday - something inspirational on my inner wrist or similar - if i ever lose all the weight i want to lose i'll get it :)

I have one. It's on the back of my neck. It's three interlocking hearts (based on a necklace DH bought me some time ago) and it has the birthstone colors of me, DH, and DS.

I've got a decent portion of my right full sleeve done - has daffodils, strawberries, a painted bunting, assorted little flowers and bits and pieces, an alchemical rose that covers my elbow, me as a super hero on my upper arm (I really should have stuck that on my other arm but oh well), etc

I have a huge iris design on my breastbone that extends up and over both the ladies and full size flower fairy (the candy-tuft) on my back and a scorpio sign on my neck.

My left forearm just has an old vintage sailor boxing baby for my daughter Montana. One of my legs is a bit of a scratch pad, too. Random stuff - a water lily, a tiger lily, an angel, etc I need to finish my sleeve but And I got sidetracked - my daughter drew me a tattoo that'll go under the boxing baby like a cuff and I kinda want to do that first. I'm waiting till Brett and I can go together. He's got the coolest sleeve ever (well, in my opinion, lol)

I just adore them, even feel alseep while having them done.........got so many I want to have done just finding them time to get them in

Ok, I need photos! Especially from Allison and Donna - I want to see those babies!

I don't have any, although I keep toying with the idea of getting one - I just can't decide what!

I have a nautical star on my foot that I got before moving to New York. (And like the North Star it guided me home to Texas)

I also have a puzzle piece that my best friend and I got in 2005/6.

I really want to get more.

Wes is thinking about getting a sailor Jerry inspired sleeve which I love. (Allison I think Montana will need to design some of it!)

And yes. Pictures please.

Here is my nautical star:

Wow those are neat Donna! I don't have any. I guess I've always been scared of them a bit, as in the pain. Also, I remember when I was 18 wanting to get one of my lower back and then deciding not to until after I had kids because I didn't want it to be stretched out and lumpy. Good choice because my lower back is not looking as hot as it did then LOL. I want to get an anklet design. Chris is not for it though, but he'd deal with it LOL.

Allison, I need to see your arms. In particular, the you as a superhero. That is SO RAD.

I only have one. It's my zodiac, Taurus, on my upper right shoulder. I got it when I was 20. Then on Eric's bachelor party he had the same one done. Copycat!! :)

I'm working on another right now - Eric got me a gift certificate for another tattoo for Christmas. :) I am going between our kids' initials on my inside left wrist and our wedding date on my ring finger, and a branch with 3 little birds on it (to represent the kids), on my right inner forearm. I haven't found the exact lettering I love yet for the initials and I don't think my gift cert will cover the branch idea so I am at a standstill. Lettering is hard. I have been looking at fonts for weeks.

Ideally I have 3-4 more I'd love to have, if I could find the extra $$. I find them just beautiful. I scanned Pinterest last night for a few hours looking at them.
