I went for the Tiffany Blue color.

I love it. It's bright but it's so fun and since I painted the soffit white, it's not really as in your face as my old red wall color was.

I still have to paint my cupboards white :dizzy, but I'm making progress!

This is the wall in the eating area with enough light to show the true color:

And here's the actual kitchen side. We're getting a new countertop, and I'm about to get to work on those ugly cabinets.

Progress! Thanks for helping me pick the color. :)

it's really pretty :] are you going to paint above the cabinets in the blue or is that staying white?

I just painted that white. It's staying white. And the cabinets will be white.

My kitchen was red before, including that part, and it was SO in your face with the color. I'm hoping the white makes it blend in better. I'd like to remove it, but I can't be patching drywall. :rofl

Gorgeous! So inspiring! We're in the color choosing phase for our kitchen & cabinets as well - you're progress is fabulous & exciting!

I love it! I wish I could do the same in my kitchen. After all, I have the red Kitchenaid too. LOL

Wow that color is gorgeous!! I want that somewhere in my house now :)

Oh... I totally love it!!! It looks very similar to what we painted our bedroom... it's just such a fun color!!!

It looks amazing Angie! Your cupboards are going to look awesome painted white too! Keep showing pictures as you go... I LOVE this kind of thing! :)

I love the color. I was thinking of doing that color in the mini apartment we are making in my mom's basement. I know I want bedding in that color so I am thinking of doing the walls a sage type green. You ended up choosing fabulously!

I just finished painting and reupholstering the bench seat, so pictures of that soon LOL

Here's these...

Here's what it looked like before (and yes it has paint on it, I didn't bother covering it since I knew I was going to change it):

And here it is now. I love this fabric... I wanted something that tied in my accent colors and this was perfect. I usually just cover the bench in beige/black vinyl, but I wanted a pattern this time, so I got this and then clear vinyl to cover. I got enough fabric to make a small curtain for over the sink window, too. Love.

I really like it, and can't wait to see it all done. Especially the cabinets and I'm curious how it will blend with the white above.

**Eeee, just saw the bench.... adorable! I loooove!
