I had bought Splatterific 14 over the weekend but was unable to unzip the file. I was prompted the file is either corrupted or unavailable.

Can someone help me inform her and ask her to resend me the file?
 
Hi Agnes, have you deleted the zip on your computer and tried to re-download the zip from the store? Sometimes the zip can get a bit corrupted during the download process - it has happened to me before - and I found that re-downloading it worked. Male sure you delete the corrupted file though :)

I love her splatters, specially the ones that have big items on top that she perfectly shadows for me (I mean for us)... LOL!!!
