Pad Patter: 9/16 - Habit you'd like to break

Do you have a habit that you know you should break, but just can't / won't?

I think mine is ice cream. :dizzy
 
I pick/chew the skin around my cuticles when I am stressed out. It is painful and disgusting, but I can't stop.
 
Coffee...I think coffee. I never drank coffee until I had the three little boys.
 
My bad habit right now that I would like to quit is pop/soda. I would like to get off all of it if I could but it is a weakness. LOL
 
My two bad habits are diet coke and snoozing in the morning. I just can't stop either of them!
 
Up until a few weeks ago I would have said dr. Pepper, but I've been good lately. I don't want one everyday, but there's are times I crave it so much I can hardly focus on anything else! Also, Facebook.

I want to break the habit of being unorganized because I used to be SO organized. It is like since I had this small TIA(stroke) my brain is scrambled and I just am not with it. My life is weird now. Yea, I miss being organized...it sucks.
 
Good question! I would have to say, putting junk in the back of the car. I have a habit of chucking stuff into the back and then forgetting about it. Then my hubs will get in my car at some point and comment on the empty boxes/bags, cleaning cloths, shoes and umbrellas (sometimes I have about 5 back there)...to which I say.....don't worry...it's not your car. But, secretly, I wish I could be a bit more organized in cleaning up my car and putting things into the garbage or into the house to put away.
 
A few weeks ago I would have said that my habit to break was drinking 32+ oz. of pop/soda a day, but I have not had a drop of it since Sept. 1st! It takes a "challenge" for me to be able to give it up. I am challenged to give it up for 10 weeks while doing T-25 (workout), and hopefully after that I will have no need or want for it.

My habit right now that I need to break is constantly checking facebook and instagram on my cell phone so often. It's ridiculous how often I do it without even realizing it. Such a dumb time sucker!
 
I am a procrastinator. I'm in school part-time online and have assignments that I know are due at the end of the week. I have plenty of time during the week to work on them, but I put them off until the last minute just about every single time.
 
When I am ready to go to bed, I go around and turn off all the lights...sometimes with people still in room. Wicked habit. Need to stop

oh god this has made me laugh lol

Mine would be my nails they are awful they are bitten so bad look nasty and unattractive yet i still insist on biting them and if i cant bite them anymore ill sit and pick the skin round them instead yuk yuk
