What's the last big thing you completely forgot about or to do?

I forgot to post this question yesterday. :giggle

i forgot to take my DD to the bus stop on Easter Monday because I was certain it was still Easter break.

It wasn't. oops!

I try not to keep track or I'd probably be super depressed. I forget a lot.

Yesterday, the first day of school, I forgot to fill my water bottle at the start of the day. When you aren't used to talking all day, you need that water bottle. Let's just say I have a pretty sore throat today. :)

I am going to make a note to self on that one for next week when i go back. My water bottle is indispensable at school.

The only thing that pops into my mind is when I forgot the time for Michelle Godin's designer spotlight chat that I was hosting. I had been doing a string of chats that all started at 9:00 and i forgot that she asked for hers to start at 8:00. Thankfully I was cruising the forum and saw a reminder so I was only about 15-20 minutes late. I still feel awful for doing that though! I've set reminders in my phone ever since that day!

I forgot a meeting last week that was at 10:30 am.. I saw all three people that were involved in said meeting the night before and we even talked about it. I am the worst!

I forgot my brothers birthday this year . Felt really terrible as birthdays are a big deal in the family

I (and hubby) forgot my in-laws anniversary. Normally I flawlessly remember each and every family occasion and event, but for some reason this year it wasn't even a passing thought.

Tonight I forgot my photobooth props at a wedding I shot but after 11 hours on my feet I was too pooped to turn the car around and go back to the reception. I texted the bride to put my stuff aside and I'll get it later.

I forgot to call my brother on his birthday. It was this past week. Oops.

Thankfully, DH asked me that night "So, you talk to your brother today?" I was like, "Why?" And as he stared at me like I was crazy, it finally hit me. D'Oh! So, I texted him at like 11pm his time, knowing he was in bed and had the sound off, but at least I can say I acknowledged the day in some way. :whistle

I forgot my favorite jacket at an all day concert fundraiser for my friend who had two kinds of cancer, in April. It was a benefit where five bands volunteered to play (they were awesome - I danced almost every song, as did everyone there), the restaurant closed to the public for us for free, there was a prize raffle that businesses and artists donated generously for, and we raised a ton of money for her to help with her bills and general living expenses. She was able to come and it was great to see her smiling, beaming - really - and for her to see that so many people love her. She looked absolutely beautiful. It was a wonderful event. I feel blessed to have been a part of it and to see Heidi one last time. If all I forgot was my jacket, after 11 hours of awesomeness and love, it's ok. I still haven't gone back to get it. I don't even know if they still have it. Unfortunately Heidi passed away last month. She will be greatly missed. (sorry to bring the thread down - but that is the major thing I forgot.)

Oh yeah! I know that feeling. Going through my syllabus 5 times kills me.

I completely forgot a doctor appt. I had last week. I hope they don't charge me.

I read an article about something online this morning while in bed that I thought was super important to tell my hubby. Went downstairs & it was gone, gone, gone from my head!!!! I just remembered it as I type this right now. DUH!
