Yesterday was the kick off of the College Football Season and I, for one, was excited. I am not a fan of the Pros, but LOVE college football.

I was totally disappointed, however, when my team's game was cancelled due to weather (lightning). It was scheduled to start at 7:00 PM, they played ONE play at 9:45 PM before stopping it again and finally cancelled at 11:30 PM. Sigh. At least I wasn't there in the rain the whole time!

Anyway... Let me see your school spirit!

GO GATORS!

I just love football..college and pros! But I bleed blue and gold for the WV Mountaineers! I had truly been dreading yesterday's game since the end of last season. Coming off our first losing season since 1981 and having to face Bama..YIKES! We did lose, but only by 10 and it was a good game...so much better than I (and I think a lot of other people) expected!

I was all decked out and ready...fingers and toes!

I attended UCF but when I was there it was only the third year for the football team. As part of the marching band, I was at every home football game for 4 years and I think we may have won 3 games the entire time. My son just started there and I think he's going to be able to have a WHOLE other experience with their football team now!

Both my kids are avid pro football fans so when they are home on Thursdays and Sundays, the house can get pretty loud.

We aren't NFL fans, but College football? Oh yeah. I'm a Georgia girl through and through and last night's game against Clemson was an awesome one! Go Dawgs!

Roll Tide all the way here. A little nervous for the season.

going to tiptoe in and say. . . . .I don't follow football at all. . . . .I'm a hockey gal. . . . . .tiptoeing back out now. . . . . .

My alma mater (Purdue) has been TERRIBLE the last few seasons, but I follow Notre Dame football (my hometown & where my dad works) semi-regularly.

[I do love pro ball better, though. GO BRONCOS!]

As if it's any secret... GO IRISH!!!!!

PS This is the spring game... I haven't scrapped the game-game pics yet. :)

I'm not the biggest football fan, but I'm kind of excited that my alma mater Rutgers is moving up to the Big Ten this year!

College football isn't that big here, probably because it isn't generally shown on TV. However I do follow ATOM football (8 - 10 year olds, my youngest is playing again this year) and Go Broncos Go! These little guys are all heart!
