Do you dance? Or have you got no rhythm?

I always felt the latter. I've always been a klutz if I tried aerobics or Zumba. Lately I've been doing Jazzercise, though, and I'm really getting into it. I'm feeling the dance come alive inside of me.

I probably still look like an idiot, though. :giggle

I dance ... in the lounge room ... alone! Its the only way! Otherwise the men in white jackets are called in and things just go downhill from there :giggle

I have three left feet wearing right foot shoes. It's seriously bad.

I have the I Can't Dance cure!! It works!
put some bumping music on such as this:
clean version of Boom Boom POW

then write your name with your butt!!!
I write
M
O
M
and my kids say I got moves!
bhhhahahhahahha

My parents attended a dancing class in the local community centre. Many moons ago, ie. And my younger bro & I would tag along. So you can say I knew the steps. :giggle

So when my class had to do a dance performance for the Teacher's Day in school, I "taught" my classmates some moves, dancing & acting to the song "Oh, Carol". Then the following year, I "taught" them the rock"n"roll moves.

As I knew the steps to both the male & female dancers, I "taught" one girl the girl's step so she can teach the other girls. And I teach all the boys their moves. It was fun whilst it last.

Right now, I'm not sure if I hv the body-music-coordination to dance. But I dun mind learning the old-school dance steps. But not the jivey-lindy-hop ones = they are too much for my cranky old bones. And I doubt I can keep up with it.

So yeah, I love watching the US' dancing shows = SYTYCD and Dancing w/The Stars.

I love to dance! Not sure how I look doing it, but I don't care. We get together with three couples pretty often and almost all the time we end up turning on some 80s music to boogie to after a few beverages. :) It's fun!

LOVE this... it made me crack up! Can you post a video, please!?

PS... I just move when I dance. I don't know how I look, pry weird. But oh well. When I'm with my friends we all dance together and eventually we resort to the "moves!" Y'know.... Lawnmower, Credit Card, Sprinkler, Box Step, lol!

Welllllll.....I think I'm a great dancer, especially after a few too many! As soon as I hear that BOOM BOOM Music....I can't help myself, I gots to get up and move!!! I'm sure it's a real sight for laughter but as long as I'm having fun and I'm not hurting anybody.....yep, I'm Good! :)

two left feet...unless I am drunk. Then I'm the sexiest dancer in the world. LOL I'm just glad I quit drinking before someone got the idea to video it.

Both. I injure myself just walking down the street in sneakers but I still take the risk and dance when I like a song. And if you're judging me for dancing in the supermarket then I don't wanna be your friend anyway. ;)

I love love love to dance. That is one of my favorite cures for just about anything.

Oh Anne... that made my heart smile.

Oh... and since it is Friday, and we could all use a laugh...

This is one of my favorite movie scenes (from Hitch). And I can only imagine how hard it was to keep from laughing as they filmed.

I am like Amanda and Melanie.....alone or if I've had a few.

Same with singing, I am awesome when in the car and windows up, or sunroof open and when home alone :)

Anne !!! You have some smooth moves, girl !!! I will look like a stick dancing net to you. BWahahahah !!!!!

ha ha thats too funny Amanda, I loike your style! If I come home to music playing its generally my husband cutting a mean rug to the Beastie Boys or Grand Master Flash. Ordinarily that would be fine but its probably time he moved away from the moonwalk, arm wave and back spin, seriously a 43 year old man still doing this is a bit well... alarming and awkward to watch! ha ha
