Having just got up from one....
:giggle
the world seems like a nicer place.

My 6 year old snuggled in with me, and we were both out for an hour..
he is still out!
:dizzy
Do you nap? Do you wanna?

*la la la la la la* I can't hear you!!!

I would LOOOOOVE to nap! I love sleeping!! :) Unfortunately by the time I get home from work & make dinner/eat, I've only got about two hours until I go to sleep! (And this is why I will be missing the chat tonight- I won't be able to keep my eyes open! LOL)

I have sleep issues and am deathly afraid of naps robbing me of the ability to sleep at night!

That being said, I have recently laid down twice for short naps because I was just THAT tired and it was glorious.

I can never sleep. Sometimes I can manage a 15 minute snooze, which actually helps immensely. If for some reason I actually fall asleep soundly and sleep for more than an hour, I feel worse when I wake up than I did before.

I nap every day since the baby prefers to catnap during the day. His naps are not usually long enough for me to get anything done, so I just nap with him. Thankfully, he sleeps quite awhile at night, so I'm able to get my housework done then.

I forced my daughter to take a nap yesterday after school. Of course, she couldn't go to sleep last night until 9 pm, but she was such a basketcase after I picked her up that she wouldn't have made it to her regular bedtime if she hadn't napped.

I love naps. I don't get to take them very often, but once in awhile I'll sneak one in on my lunch break (you know, on the days after I've stayed up WAY too late reading past bedtime). :)

I could nap every day given the chance. During summer, I nap sometimes when my son naps.

One of my favourite things about summer vacation is the option to nap if I feel like it. I tend to be a night owl, so a nice little 30 minute snooze late afternoon is perfect going to miss that option once school starts and I go back to work.

I can't nap, I always feel worse after a day sleep - my husband and daughter love to catch a nap. I used to have insomnia (partially cured by child no 2..) and I can feel that coming back into my life - so not welcome!

I am so very jealous of all those who can nap and feel better. ;)

The only time I can take a nap is if I'm sick. It takes me way too long to fall asleep during the day and has to be really quiet. My mind keeps racing which is very different than bedtime. So even if I try to take a nap after 45 minutes I'm probably still awake. After hearing horrible stories about not being able to sleep at night when you "get older", I'm excited that I've nowhere reached that yet!

Love me some naps!! :)
Think I'm going to go take one now.
After I eat my toast. I'm living a gastrointestinal nightmare right now.
