Pad Patter: 8/19 - Christmas

I've thought about it in that I considered going back to the US for it, but it turns out my mother doesn't want to wait that long to see me and the girls, so we'll be going sooner instead. Then I stopped thinking about it. lol
 
:perfect:perfect:perfect LoL went to Wally World (layman's term Walmart) yesterday for pencil holders for son`s locker that & laundry detergents that was it and $206.00 later I had teachers (12) & bus driver (2) gifts for Christmas.I did obviously buy more useful items all industrial sized items but I do know this my Christmas list is getting shorter that I am proud of myself for :perfect
 
The only thoughts I have had so far is that Christmas will be paid for... We started adding money to a new account in January and have stayed on track in adding to it all year long... by the time Black Friday rolls around I'll be ready for a marathon day of shopping! HA!! :)

DH and I are seriously considering going on a cruise for Christmas. :giggle
 
I actually have thought about Christmas a little bit only in regards to having a simple year this year. We just got back from vacation and were talking about going on another trip over spring break and I told my hubby, the only way we can take another trip so soon is to scale way back on Christmas.
 
no no no......we haven't even been on summer vacation yet (we go tomorrow). Christmas comes in December. AFTER Thanksgiving.
 
my organizing DNA is going on full blast.....and I am working on finishing a photo book for presents to my parents!
I will start my Amazon shopping in Sept. Because I love Amazon Prime! and those adorable smile boxes! bhahahah
 
I hadn't thought about it til I went to Hobby Lobby last week and they already have everything out for it :thumbsdowns
 
Love Christmas and have been thinking about it since new year haha but not started any shopping for it yet!
 
The thought entered my mind but quickly removed itself before my heart started beating so fast I'd pass out. I am so not ready and really don't even want to think about it but if I don't.....it'll be here before I know it!
 
The last couple of Christmas' were difficult with losing my mom and family problems. But this year I am going to enjoy the season. I am going to cut back so it is not such a huge financial stress for us, I will go Xmas light touring and take lots of holiday photos around our city and want to make it the most peaceful relaxing Xmas we've had in a long time.
 
Usually love christmas, but this year, I am not ready. I just know that Christmas will be here in record time!
 
I want to skip Christmas this year!!! At least on my hubby's side. Too much drama & it's going to be uncomfortable!

I thought about it really quick the other day and let it slip right out. Not ready for it. No idea what we will be doing this year.

I start Christmas prep the day after Halloween. But I am in birthday mode since my son's birthday is early December. Two biggies in one month means I have to plan ahead if I want to keep the lights on!
