Do you watch them? Are they even still around? LOL

I used to watch Y&R religiously, B&B semi-religiously, and then ATWT occasionally, but I haven't watched any of them in years.

I wonder if I watched, how long it would take to catch up. Seems like not much changes. :giggle

I watched them for about 1 1/2 years when I stayed home with my daughter. When one day, I was planning my schedule with my grandmother around being home for the soaps, I realized I couldn't watch them anymore. So, I quit "cold turkey" and never turned them on again. I was an ABC girl for soaps, Erica Kane, etc.

I'm sure you could get caught up again. The characters would just have been married more. They might actually be back with the same one you were used to ; )

I don't watch soaps and never have. I think mostly because I was never home during the time they were on before, and now I just don't care. I would much rather be online than watching tv :)

Always been a fan of DOOL (Days) but since I work fulltime, I don't get to stay caught up on it. The funny thing is that even when I do get to watch it, most of the people are still on there.....just a few relationships have changed! :)

Nah... I've never watched Soaps. I prefer the night-time soap type shows like Glee. Ha ha! I used to watch Melrose Place and would call that my Soap too. :)

I used to watch ATWT. Loved it! I've watched Y&R off and on since my babysitter turned it on everyday. ;) If it's on and I'm not doing anything, I'll watch. I find that i can go months without seeing it and still know pretty much what's going on.

My grandma was a big Y&R and Days fan. She would watch them every day, religiously. So, during the summer, my sister and I would watch them if we were in the house. I didn't really watch them much, but my sister will still turn Days on sometimes and get "caught up." And, I have to admit, I would watch a little in HS, if nothing else was on during summer break. Mostly for Eric Brady (Jensen Ackles), who I now watch on Supernatural. :)

I am an ABC girl. I still watch General Hospital but I dvr it and watch it when I have time. It's not a huge deal if I miss.

I used to watch all the ABC soaps, but I gave up on them because I lost interest after watching for about 10 years. I did watch All My Children during the last month or so before it ended. It was great to see some old characters come back.

I've always loved the absolute ridiculousness of soap operas - people coming back from the dead, every kind of natural disaster hitting one little town, impossible scientific miracles, long lost siblings, amazing plastic surgery! LOL!

I was also addicted to All My Children. My dad watched it when I was a kid and I just never stopped! How many times in all did Erica Kane get married? LOL!

I used to watch Days of our Lives religiously (I used to PVR it) but now with daycare taking up 3/4 of my day I don't have time anymore to watch it.

I used to watch Passions until it moved to a paid channel....I kinda miss it now and then! LOL

i rarely watch any tv these days,in the day its kids tv on and then when fin comes in it goes on to xbox, occasionally i mite catch eastenders but you only need to read the papers and you know whats happening anyway
