Love 'em or hate 'em?

I actually like the rain to a certain extent. I like my grass green and my flowers plentiful. And there's something soothing about a rainy day.

But it makes me SO lazy. I just want to curl up on the couch and do nothing!!

Love them if I'm at home.

Hate them if I'm at work. Indoor recess is the worst.

I usually enjoy them as long as it's not a week straight of them. When it rains we usually don't leave the house so I can actually get caught up on my miles long to-do list of chores and of course some scrapping too!

I usually love them, but since Katelyn's been in school all year, she's used to constant activity, they're kind of a pain now!

I'm okay with them now. We get only a handful of rainy days in eastern Washington. When I was in Western Washington though, there was an average of something like 300 days of rain a year, no joke. We easily had 3 weeks of solid rain there. So I'm totally okay with the random rain days I get now!

Do NOT like them during the week when I have to run around in it at work . . . I gotta get me some cute raincoats and boots . . . but after four years, I STILL haven't.

But on weekends . . . love it! I stay in my pj's and cook/bake all day!

Anne, my son is at Philmont near Cimarron and says it's been raining there most afternoons. He's used to it because during the summer here in Florida it rains sometimes every day for a little bit, even when the sun is shining. Our all day rainy days aren't that plentiful except like this week with a tropical storm in the vicinity. We always need the rain so I don't complain but the third day it gets tough.

I used to hate rain when growing up, I remember I was always saying I wanted to live in Southern California , my parents were puzzled...why Southern California ? it wasnt like I knew tomns of people there (I must have been 10 or 11 maximum) and most our family in the USA is in the east coasst....it was because of the siong, cant remember who by, that sung
never rains in southern California LOL

anyway, these days, I dont like them if I have tons to do, but if I m in, there is something almost poetic about rainy days, and makes for some awesome photography too! :)

I adore them!!!! I love the peacefulness of the day & how nature seems to be taking a long needed drink. Although, they make my hubby sad & that's no fun!

It doesn't bother me if I get to stay home and do nothing!!! Hate them if I have to do any errands or take the boys to school!!

I grew up in Florida where rain could get quite intense, and I feel like here it never really rains. It only sprinkles. lol I don't mind it at all unless it's some rare occasion where I need to look good (job interview or something) and then it's kind of a PITA.

Right now I hate them. We have had way, way too much rain. Our weather has been soggy and chilly and the kids are losing their minds. Plus when it rains I want to stay home and nap on the couch, and for some reason they frown on that at work.

Also I am SO SICK of washing Gus's feet every time he comes back in the house from peeing.

Love them when kids are in school... even when I have to work. Not such a fan in the summer. Like today, for example. My DD was crying tonight because the rain "ruined all of our plans" (painting dollhouse outside and swimming, hehe). Poor baby.
