Do you love it? I LOVE Caramel Cadbury eggs. Like it's sort of ridiculous how much I love them. And so of course, I get a few *cough* at this time of year.
It's also the only time of the year I eat jelly beans... and I'm sort of particular about them. I like the sour ones only, hehe.
Do you stock the house with candy at Easter time? Do you resist the temptation? What's your favorite?
i did buy the kids some this year. reese's peanut butter eggs & they also wanted the cadbury eggs (regular and caramel). i deftly snacked on too much myself.
For the kids, I get Maxi Kinder Eggs.
Prepare to get jealous, Americans. Not only can you not get regular Kinder eggs, but you also miss out on these bad boys. We don't mess around with our surprise eggs.
For myself, Aldi sells some ridic chocolate-covered almonds in various flavors and I gorge myself on the tiramisu and cookies and cream ones. It's a good thing they aren't sold yearround.
We don't do much Easter candy. The girls each get a white chocolate bunny because they don't like regular chocolate and a mega pack of gum. My oldest has a lot of food allergies that make candy tricky and my youngest just doesn't have a sweet tooth. No jelly beans or anything like that... yeesh...I feel mean even seeing that in writing. LOL
nothing hre anymore as all I need to do is look at it and pounds come on! I love chocolate and those reeses pb eggs were my favorites along with white chocolate bunnies and licorice jelly beans!
My favorite is the little Cadbury mini-eggs. They are chocolate eggs with a thin candy coating on the outside. They are only available at Easter thank God! I always get one bag and savor them. Last year I introduced my boys to my favorite Easter candy and they of course loved them too. This year about a month before Easter they asked if I had bought my bag yet and helped me scope them out in the candy section. I shared with them too, so they loved that.
Tate got some of the Cadbury Carmel Eggs in his basket. I asked him if I could try one, but he was having none of that. Lorry, that egg should be illegal!
I love candy... and my boys do too... but I try to get something other than candy. This year, I got some jelly beans and some chocolate for them candy-wise... but I also got some cool outdoor experiments they get to do! Those should be fun!
I love chocolate covered marshmallow bunnies, lol! YUM! And Starburst jelly beans. YUM again!
