Oooh. One of my favorite childhood food memories is when my mom would make "glatitas". I'm not sure if that's a real name or recipe, but it's what she called them and what I call them now that I make them for Bugga and DG. They are sooo yummy. They are crepes filled with soft cheese..we often use muenster. And then topped with warm fruit preserves if it strikes your fancy. Mmmm...
