Where you live how much is:
gas
milk
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids)
a piece of cardstock
a bottle of wine

Here in Malaysia the cost of living is pretty low for most things. We pay about 45c a litre for gas; $2 for a litre of milk; $35 for a meal for 4 of us at Chillis, including a cocktail for me and a beer for hubby, but if we are eating Malaysian it would be far less like about $10; about $1.50 for cardstock; wine is expensive though about $15 for something cheap but ok.

In Australia it is about $1.20 for a litre of petrol, $1 for milk, around $80-$100 for a meal out, $1 for cardstock, and $10 for a nice bottle of wine.

gas - $4.35/gal
milk - anywhere from $4-6.50/gal
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids) - dunno for just a family of four! ;)
a piece of cardstock - what's cardstock?
a bottle of wine - depends if i'm a cheap drunk or not... anywhere from $5 - sky's the limit.

gas - TBH....I don't really pay attention to this BUT....I think I saw a friend in my area posted that it was like $3.75 a gallon right now.
milk - I buy the generic brand and it is about $4 a gallon
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids) - hmmmm....well, if we don't have alcohol, it is probably about $40. I can't believe a tea or coke is $2+. We usually get water cuz it's free.
a piece of cardstock - like scrapping card stock? LOL It's about 40 or 50 cents if I get it on sale.
a bottle of wine - like Amy's...it depends on how cheap we want to go. Can start around $5. We typically buy bottles that are about $13 - $18.

Gas is $4.15 a gallon.
I can usually catch Kroger milk on sale for 2 one gallons for $5.
I have no idea how much it costs to eat out for the four of us. We don't eat at 'real' restaurants enough for me to be able to guess. It is more expensive to eat in this county (where Indy is) than the county north of us since there is a sizable food/drink tax to pay for the new stadium.
I haven't bought cardstock since 2003, so no clue!
DH usually gets the cheapest Cab possible, and it's between $2 - $5 a bottle.

Where you live how much is:
gas - A little under 4 bucks a gallon
milk - I pay 2.99
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids) - about $35 bucks average for a place like Chilies
a piece of cardstock - ha, I have no idea
a bottle of wine - I am not sure if I should be telling you all this, but we usually buy the stuff in the box. It runs around 8.50 for five liters. Classy I know.

Gas: $3.82/gal
Milk: $3.92 with my Kroger card
Meal out at a family restaurant: Just for DH & I it's about $25 without any beer or wine
Piece of cardstock: $0.0 I don't buy paper anymore
Bottle of wine: $8.00 for the box!

Sofia/Bulgaria:
gas: amount 0.97$/ litre
milk: 1,40 $/litre
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids) almost 30$
a piece of cardstock: depends on the cardstock - plain color А4 - 0.14$ Emboss 10/15 to 0.70$
a bottle of wine: usually white wine - 4 - 5$ but my father does own wine, sometimes buying the cheapest I use for cooking :)

Here is balmy Manitoba, Canada...

Gas is $1.16/litre
Milk is around $4.00/4L jug
Meal out (family of 5) is between $60-$80 at a decent restaurant
Cardstock...what's this? :)
Bottle of wine - we buy the $15 bottle (German noire - Zen Zen)

Gas is about $3.90 right now I think
Dinner for 4 about $30 at Applebee's
Not sure on wine because I don't buy it or cardstock

gas~ $3.60-3.90 a gallon
milk~ $2.30-3.00
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids)~ $50 with tip
a piece of cardstock .25
a bottle of wine ~ i don't drink. . . so i have no clue!

Let's see...

gas - it's about $3.95 for regular now here. EEK!
milk - I have no idea. I think a gallon is almost $3, but it depends where you go.
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids). No kids. We spend anywhere from $30 to $200 when we go out to eat depending on whether it's some place small or a fancy place in New York.
a piece of cardstock... not sure. Don't think I've bought just one!
a bottle of wine... I usually spend less than $20.

I pay about $4.50 a gallon for gas...my car uses premium
I can buy milk for about $2.50 a gallon. I use almond milk but I buy the boys real milk
Dinner out...I paid $25 for my husband and I at Macaroni Grill last night. That was only water to drink. I'll just say though...it was the worst dinner I've had out. I'll never go back there. That's about an average price though. Sometimes we do happy hour at Yardhouse with the boys, and they have half price appetizers. We can eat for under $35 for 5 adults.
Not sure on cardstock, but there are always sales going on at Michaels and JoAnns
Wine...not sure...it varies. Anywhere from a few dollars at Trader Joes, to up to $30 is what I've paid if I go out to the wineries.

I live just north of Nashville, TN

gas: $3.79
milk: $3.79
a meal out at a family restaurant (for 2 adults and 2 kids): Hmmm, $35-40 including tip if we drink water.
a piece of cardstock: absolutely no idea
