What kinds of sales are too good for you to pass up?

For me, it's purse sales for one. *sigh* If I find Vera's or Coach's on sale I neeeeeeeed them! LOL! Also, notebooks! I LOVE them and if I find them on clearance anywhere I buy oodles! Kids clothes is the last big weakness of mine! All it takes is at least 30% off and I feel like I am getting steal..even if it's from a name brand place and not really all that cheap LOL!

Aaah I walked by the Vera store at MOA last weekend and thought of you my dear! :) I'm a shopping loser when it comes to sales. Cereal's about as exciting as it gets. lol Oh maybe Silver jeans, but they're rarely ever on sale.

Chocolate...does that count?

Definitely Coach sales are a weekness for me, lol! (although, recently, I've decided I like going to the Coach Outlet better than the online sales, the bags are not always what we seem to think they will be).

I love notebooks, too, Crystal! haha Love to collect lip balm/chapstick/lip gloss and pens, too. Not sure why, but those bring me joy, lol!

I agree on the coach bags!! I just ordered one from the online outlet sale that I thought was going to be a different size..it looked bigger in the picture...now I need another new one that's bigger! hahah!

The Nordstrom 1/2 yearly sale is like a magnet for me. Any sales in the kids' department at Von Maur. 30% off coupons from Archivers.

For me it is kids clothes and scrapping kits. I have 5 kiddos and I stock up when there are sales. Like you, even if it is name brand and not super cheap, it is still cheaper than usual. Scrapbooking sales make me go nutty too - like here with the BYOC, I always seem to want to buy every.single.product the day they release now.

Shoes for sure. If they are cute and on sale I can totally justify spending the money! :)

They have Von Maur in Kansas City? I did not know that!! where I grew up in Illinois, they had them and I loved their sales!

Definitely food stuffs that i can store up on I am willing to stockpile a little ( I am not a hoarder , i promise! :) ).

Kids clothes are big for me too!! I am always buying a season ahead.

Oooh I must look out for some Coach bag sales! I wish I could afford a nice big Coach. I have two that are both teeny tiny!

I like shop for clothes when there's a big sale and bring along the coupons. :) I am also a sucker for a good sale at Michael's.

Kohl's 30% coupon = Kohl's cash usually sucks me in.

Or Old Navy's $10 kids jeans sale.

Or anything at Dairy Queen. :giggle

Scrapping kits...if there's a sale, I'm there!
Nordstroms 1/2 Yearly and Anniversary Sales
If there is a sale on a pair of AGL ballet flats, I'm buying them...a go to shoe if I ever saw one!! (I've paid full price too though....ouch!)

other than that...I try to stay away from shopping. I have a hard time NOT spending money.

I get all excited about a good deal at the grocery store...

like last week...Chicken was buy one get one free...and each pack had a dollar off coupon for those new Kraft cheese and herb (or whatever they are) mixes...so I went to check those out and they were on sale for 2 for $5....so after coupons it was 2 for $3....and I got 2 things of free chicken....that was totally the highlight of my week...how pathetic

BTW...they are pretty good and fast for late night after baseball dinners...they would be super easy to just DIY all the ingredients yourself but for those nights when you don't want fast food and just need to get dinner on the table, not bad at all.

They don't always get the specs correct on their sales! I have ordered a bag I knew would be great but it said it was tiny and when
it came it was actually what I wanted, but nothing like what they had listed online, lol. I've had to return one that just was not what
I thought it was, and had I seen it IRL, I would have never bought it. I do know that they are really cool if you call their customer
service and they will tell you what you need to know about the bags even though the info online is off sometimes, lol!

I forgot about the Kohl's 30%, I'm a sucker for that one, too! :)

Definitely The Children's Place sales when I also have a coupon...although my DS is nearly too big for there now, and neither child can fit in their shoes anymore.
I can never resist shopping for scrap supplies when there is a pretty store collab kit with purchase.
