Met up with a really good friend of mine the other day and we still laugh about her purse (which is a Betty Boop little handbag) and she loves it. It got us to looking at the other people around us and there were so many different kinds of bags that ladies were carrying.

Which do you use to carry your 'stuff' around?
 
I have a green purse to carry my wallet, phone, glasses and everyone else's stuff they don't want to carry.
 
LOL! I'm OBSESSED with purses! :D I have been known to change out my purse everyday so that it matches what I'm wearing to work. The other day, I had on a bright green jacket and tank top and black pants. My purse? A black with bright green trim that almost exactly matched my clothes! :lmao A couple weeks ago I declared it to be "Animal Print Tuesday" because it was raining, I had my animal print umbrella to go with my Animal print bag and my animal print shoes.

Yep! I love me some purses!
 
I like medium-sized handbags. Big enough that I can carry my D-SLR in it, but not much else. I alternate between a black one that has more of a rigid shape, and a brown one with a less rigid shape - the latter is my favorite!
 
My current bag is the CUTEST little Coach thing. Let me find a photo.

I LOVE IT! I have some bigger ones, and a couple of Dooney and Bourke, but I love this little thing so much.
 
I love purses too. So much so that for a long time, my husband would buy me a new purse instead of flowers or something for my anniversary/birthday.

I get lazy though and get stuck carrying the same one all the time. I don't like to take the time to swap them out. Especially if the one I have is suiting my needs :)

I do like to have one big enough to hold my DSLR. I am really wanting a camera bag/purse, but right now it just isn't in our budget.
 
I'm all pockets - keys and phone in the front pockets, small wallet in the back. It's a lumpy look :giggle, but easy and practical, since I tend to be minimalistic about what I carry with me. I have carried a purse at different times in my life, but I always found them awkward and cumbersome, and I was afraid I'd lose them. It would be nice sometimes to have one that would hold my DSLR. I've gotten used to going around with the camera slung over my shoulder, so I suppose I could eventually get used to a purse. :)
 
I carry a purse/handbag! Something I can put my phone, keys, wallet, iPad, Chapstick and whatever other junk I need :D
 
For those of you looking for a a "purse" to carry your dslr, have you looked into Jo Totes? The hubster got me one for Christmas...be back with a picture.

I have a purple handbag at the moment. Bright purple :) And I'm still in big bag mode from having little kids, so it carries my purse, my water bottle, lip balm, assorted rubbish and then there's still heaps of room if the kids need to chuck something in there!
 
Yup, I'm all abt the accessories: purses, shoes, sunglasses, etc. I usually buy a new spring/summer purse and a new fall/winter purse every year (which I usually get at Target so it's not $$). Right now, I've downsized a little since DD is now old enough to not need a bunch of junk, but when we have the next one, I'll have to start hauling around another diaper bag-ish purse for awhile. Ugh.
 
I carry a purse always! Sometimes I have a bag too though, lol. I normally make my own purses, they are so much fun, but I normally only have 2 at the most at a time, I'm definitely not a purse collector :)
 
I always have a bag or two with me. I carry a big messenger around to work - room for bottles of water, my nook, wallet, prescription sunglasses and all the other stuff I carry around. My feeling is it's better to take stuff with you because you never know when you'll need it. But if I'm going out or going someplace where I need to walk a lot, I downsize to one of my many smaller bags. My current fave is a small purple messenger.
 
Before I had kids, I would change things between purses that matched my shoes. I had SO MANY purses. After kids, that was too much trouble and I had to have room for little dolls or little action figures. My kids are older now but I never got back in the habit of switching too often. I have about 10 of them and usually only change for a new one I have to have. Right now it's a Brighton summery bag I got on sale last summer on vacation. Maybe I need to go looking in the closet for a different one to use.
 
do you know im useless with bags,before i had gabbi i went out for dinner at the pub,with all the football momey in my bag,a week later i went to get the bag and couldnt find it,id left it in the pub and it had been handed in with all the money in phew,the same day i collected it we went to ikea cafe and you guessed it i left it on the back of the chair and walked away,wasnt till my husband said your bag!
 
I have a cute little blue purse right now that I love... but even my boys know that I"m prone to coming home with a new purse just because I couldn't leave one at the store. I have to have a small purse though and it has to have just the right pockets and places for the things i usually carry. I have, my iPhone, my wallet, my check book, my little notebook (for scraping ideas) and a few small things like aspirin, chapstick and floss. That's pretty much all I carry.
 
I have some amazing handbags. I've worked for Brighton for over 5 years, I get 50% off, and have won some as gifts. I've given many to my sister-in-laws too...especially one who is a single mom and she wouldn't be able to afford them otherwise.

Mainly I've been carrying little cross body bags though...from fairly small ( for carrying just a small wallet, lipstick, iPhone, etc...) to a little bigger cross body. I have large bags too, but I don't carry enough to really need them. I really like my hands free...so the crossbody bags are perfect for me! They are all Brighton! :)

I have a few vera bradley bags (little Frannie crossbody ones that I'll carry too) I have a few bigger ones too that I've never used. I need to give them away! LOL
