Pad Patter 2/26 - Vitamins

I have not done well when taking a vitamin but starting to feel like I need to buckle down and start supplementing my diet with something. One of my friends said that a B-Complex vitamin works for her. I get confused with all the different ones out there. B...C...D...E...this, that!
 
none.
I can't stand the smell of them.
I know I should be taking them...I just don't.
 
I have been trying to be more vigilant about taking them since I've had some nasty colds this winter. I am taking One a Day for women and an extra Vitamin C. I'm not sure if this is a gone regimen for me since they make me a bit queasy if I don't eat right after taking them. But on the plus side, I have been feeling better.
 
I don't take a multi, but I do take
Vitamin D drops
fish oil
Iron plex
Selenium
and at night,
Melatonin, which my doc says everyone should have for cancer prevention
 
I take Calcium and Vitamin D. And if I think about it, a B complex, recommended by gynecologist.
 
I take a prenatal, since I'm still nursing...
B-complex because of my PCOS

I also take a ton of other stuff... I have one of those huge 4 times a day pill boxes LOLOL
 
I take a multi called Super Nutrients. It has vitamins and minerals, plus herbs, fruits, greens and other nutrients. If I miss a day or two I start feeling flat.
 
I take a multi vitamin and my gyno said I should start taking calcium twice a day... but I don't.
 
I take my regular medicines and i also take magnesium and I have a few other things up there I take when I remember. A digestive enzyme and melatonin ..cant remember what else
 
I faithfully take a multi-vitamin of day, I totally can tell when I miss it too.
