I am a Bob Seger fan. Old Rock n Roll, and my favorite song is Turn the Page. It is a long one.
I have blown by my house when it comes on the radio...just to hear the end and that saxophone blow! :heartslub
You ever just kept on going to hear a song end?
 
Oh yes. As a teen I used to go on drives just to listen to music. These days, if a tune plays that I am loving I'll take the long way home. :)
 
I used to drive past the house when the kidlets were little so they would nap in their carseats :). And sometimes I drive past places now because I'm just spacey... does that count? hehe

lol - me too! and I am notorious for driving past somewhere on a non-school day because it is the way I drive to get the kids to school and I am on auto-pilot.
 
I have taken my Kindle out with me before and purposely let 1 or 2 busses or trains go by while I get further into a chapter or finish a chapter as I know the bus/train journey will not be long enough to do so LOL
 
Not so much for songs (they jsut get stuck in my head for the day!) but if there is an interesting person or topic on the radio, I will sit in the car until it is done. Bit nerdy...
 
lol at sitting in the drive...I need to have the windows open and wind blowing so I can sing at the top of my lungs!!! lol
 
I often miss my exits because I'm caught up in whatever I'm listening to - usually books, but sometimes songs. I have learned lots of back routes to places because of this! LOL!
 
Yep, I miss all the time. I get into routine on auto pilot and forget to turn. Or chatting with a friend I miss turns or make them miss turns. Or when the kids are fighting in the back seat.
 
I'm another one who will just sit in the driveway or parking lot until the song is over...still singing at the top of my lungs haha
 
well, sometimes on my way to work, I wish I could just keep on driving...does that count?
 
All the time....I will sit in the driveway until the song finishes. Or if I'm listening to Sirius radio EW I have to wait for the topic to be finished.
