Oh yes! I nap often! - it's a case of having to, to be able to function, I have fibromyalgia and it kicks my butt if I don't rest enough xx

i napped all weekend- have this headache that won't go away (since Thursday) I normally will take a quick 30 minute nap before the school bus brings the kiddos home.

I would to have a nap usually about 1:30-2:00.....problem is I am work at that time, lol.

LOVE to nap. I don't usually get to unless it's the weekend, but it feels great to just relax for 20-30 minutes!

I almost never nap, usually only if I'm sick (or on verge of getting sick). But, I do sleep really well at night and try to get to bed close to the same time everyday -- at my middle age, I understand I am very lucky.

I was up until 3AM this morning! I woke up @ 9AM so yes, I needed a nap (before work) and I took one! LOL!

If I nap, usually means I'm not feeling well. :( Napping is wonderful - at least from my memory in college and before kids. :)

I didn't use to, I do these days.... have all sleeping patterns messed up :(

just a small one usually in the morning.. If I sit down to watch something and I am cold and pull the throw blanket on me, well it seals the deal... out like a light :)

I love to nap, but I don't take them very often anymore. Except of course over the last 5 days after my foot surgery. I napped a LOT and it was awesome! :)

thought about you guys today...after 3 days with hardly a couple of hours sleep.... I had a 4 hours nap this afternoon LOL feeling a bit better now :)

Growing up, I always made fun of my mom. She came home from work at 1230p & took a nap at 230p every single day. I couldn't understand how a person could sleep every day when there's so much fun stuff to do.

Now that I'm a mom, I get it. On the 15min train ride to work, I shut my eyes & breathe slowly. On my 15min break at work, I put up my feet, shut my eyes, & breathe slowly. You get the idea. Most of the time, that's as close to a nap as I get. My husband naps every single day. That is, until I yell at him to wake up & do something.

I love takings naps! Very rare that I do, though.
