Do you eat it? If so, what do you have?

I swear this is my toughest meal. I'm not hungry in the morning, and I'm even less ambitious. I know I SHOULD eat, but I never end up actually eating until like 2:30. Bad!!!

cereal...every morning. I have to eat. I start with coffee, but in a few hours, I'm weak if I don't eat. I have either Shredded Wheat or Flax plus, a banana and vanilla almond milk.

I used to have the hardest time eating in the morning. I usually work out in the mornings and by the time I'm finished I'm ready for food. I almost always have plain Greek yogurt, berries and ground flax. (with a pot of coffee :P )

We eat cereal too much here for breakfast. I'm making steel cut oats right now which is DD's favorite. Our go to breakfasts are cold cereal, oatmeal, farina, eggs and toast, omelets, bagels and fruit. Sometimes if I'm feeling really ambitious I'll do pancakes, bacon, fruit salad etc. But honestly in the past 2 weeks I've made like 3 hot breakfasts...I really need to step it up a bit I think.

Oh and when DH is working he grabs a fruit and nut trail bar from TJ's, a banana and a yogurt drink. Otherwise he's starving by lunch time (he leaves for work between 4:30 and 6:00 most mornings).

I'm with you Ang. Not a big breakfast fan. I don't like sweet stuff in the morning. Sometimes I'll have greek yogurt and fruit, but I prefer eggs or even leftovers. Sometimes I have soup.

This, although I usually end up eating around 12:30 or 1-ish. :) I try to be better because I know breakfast is so important, but I'm awful.

I'm also not a breakfast food person so much. But sometimes I will randomly eat dinner leftovers. DH will occasionally make crepes on the weekend. They are so good plain.

Whole grain waffles with peanut butter, or whole wheat toast with peanut butter. The protein in the peanut butter hold me over better until lunch than cereal, I find.

Not a breakfast person except on the weekends when I make breakfast for DH. I'm pretty happy with just a couple of cups of coffee.

I keep it simple. Usually cereal - oatmeal or something like cherrios, bran flakes, or honey bunches of oats. And I LOVE my orange juice in the morning - not a coffee drinker so I guess that's my equivalent. Sometimes I get crazy and make a batch of pancakes.

Now that I'm working earlier, I have been eating breakfast. Usually Special K cereal with fruit or maybe eggs. Always coffee!

I have to eat. I either have cereal or toast. Plus fruit and coffee. If I don't eat my blood sugar does all sorts of weird things and I get really sick.

We always have something different for breakfast at our house. We might have cereal a couple of times a week, but we have to have eggs, pancakes, crepes, etc on non cereal days.

We have cereal every morning except for me. I have 1 slice of cranberry fruit toast and tea or coffee.
Every now and then (like once a month or less) we will have a hot breakfast of bacon/eggs etc or pancakes.

I like to have cereal for breakfast but my 19 year old daughter has been facing some health issues and in light of eating healthy we have been eating fruit for breakfast or our favorite is overripe frozen bananas that we through in the blender along with a little vanilla and chocolate soy milk, tastes just like a chocolate milkshake! Sometimes we throw in frozen strawberries, blue berries, or peach, any combination of these and then....we put spinach in! It is high in protein and rich in vitamins and you can't taste it with the fruit....it looks pretty gross but it tastes great! I believe you can find all kinds of recipes for nutritious fruit smoothies for breakfast. My daughter is not a big breakfast eater but she is okay with drinking her breakfast. Dr. Fuhrman's Eattolive.com website is good.

this is me too. I actually get sick if I don't eat. I've always had low blood sugar and I have to be very careful to eat something every few hours.

i just bought spinach :)

I also finally found almond milk! woo! I've been searching for it for months and my local store finally got some in!
So I'm going to try one of those shakes a bit later today.

I'm bad with breakfast too. I'm really dislike anything sweet in the morning, so really the only thing that sounds good is toast with butter, but I try not to eat fat with carbs, so that is usually out. DH got me some Noosa yogurt that he found new at the grocery store and it was amazing. I have never had a better yogurt in my life. He is always getting after me about not eating anything in the morning, and I told him I'd eat those!! I normally just end up eating a bowl of soup at 9:00, lol.
