Are you shopping today?

I did a good chunk last night... online in my sweatpants. :giggle

I'm online at Target.com and Amazon.com as we speak, LOL. Not.Getting.Out.Today.

This is our Decorate Day! Tree is up and boxes are everywhere, hehe. I'm gonna play some Christmas Music and get in the spirit!

I got some stuff online from Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Baby Gap on Wednesday or Thursday. Love those early sales!

Probably not, since I haven't found any online deals I really need, and I refuse to deal with the crowds in the stores. DH did some online shopping yesterday and went and braved one crazy insane in-store thing last night. Hearing his war story was enough to confirm that I'm staying put in my seat right here at home! LOL

I bought a new chair mat for under my desk at Staple.com. So far that's all I'm planning on. I'll probably hit Amazon at some point to start ordering present for my boys and my nephews.

I shopped the early deals on Wednesday night online, then went out for a couple of hours last night with a friend. Went to Walmart for the first time in years to save $35 on a video game for N. It was worth it, but only marginally.

I shopped these over here at TLP :D Just clearing up my wishlist. I also bought my favorite Nancy Drew PC game coz it's 50% off. Love ND games!

When I first started designing (7 years ago!) I barely knew what Black Friday was, there were no Black Friday sales here. This year, it seems like every shop I'm subscribed to has had someone of one day sale! The big sales period has always been January here but I'm liking the move towards Black Friday instead - much more useful to save BEFORE Christmas rather than after!

I am home nursing a HORRIBLE PINK EYE! So no shopping for me outside... .but I am trying to decide if I want to do 2 of the 5 for $5 from Just Jaimee or 3 of them... LOL!!!

I did some black friday shopping but I did something stupid and bought something I already had. It was only $3 (StringBats) but I also wanted StringBats2 and 6 so now I am really annoyed with myself.

I went out last night with a friend . . . first time I ever participated in this at physical stores . . . let's just say it'll be a while until I do it again (smile). I did get all but one grandkid (of six total) out of the way! And all at 50% off so it feels worth it. My husband and I are getting new flooring for ourselves for Christmas and we'll take advantage of the flooring store's all weekend Black Friday Sale and wait until tomorrow to go!

NO WAY in the world would I ever shop on Black Friday!!!!!!! There is nothing I need or want that could warrant risking a fight at a store. EEEKS! The crazy crowds scare me!

Oh, I ended up shopping... all online. Got the list that my teenager e-mailed me knocked out (only a few t-shirts... gotta love boys). Grabbed DD iPod on the ONE day a year Apple has any deals (yay for $50). Bought another son some Florida Gator apparel on sale, and the baby got his Skylander game ordered... also on sale!

I am feeling pretty good :). Now, if American Girl Dolls ever went on sale, I'd be golden, LOL. Waiting for Cyber Monday b/f I order.

I've PMed you, Kahlia. :)

Yesterday was the first time I ever remember going out on Black Friday....we didn't go for the huge sales though. We stopped by a small locally owned furniture store to look for options for a headboard, then to a couple of music stores to look for a bass guitar and amp for DH (and put one on layaway so we could take advantage of the 30% sale that one of them had going on). We went to Walmart about 8pm because we needed to pick up something for lunch today since my nephews are spending the day for us and managed to score a king sheet set for $25 that's normally $45 so I was pretty happy about that. Also by the time we got there Walmart was pretty calm...it was actually less crowded than a typical Friday night. I also placed a small Amazon order and another small order for some paper scrapbooking goodies for PL. All in all it was a pretty fuss free, easy shopping day for me.

i went to target for a bit today after i dropped sebastian off at the gym. i got a few great deals on gifts, but nothing mind-blowing. just stuff that will make my kids happy. it was SOOOO peaceful! no crowds, no chaos, no rush rush rush. it was rather enjoyable actually!

@Kate - we haven't really had the Black Friday sales either... but this year some of the sales were pretty great. Our big sales day is usually 'Boxing Day' on Dec 26th.

@Dalis - Aw, hope you feel better quickly! I was having that dilemma as well lol. I ended up getting 2.

@Kahlia - wait a couple of weeks then sell it lol.

We ended up going to the mall. It was packed.... but I got a whole bunch of 50% and 60% off sales, so it was worth it. Went with a girlfriend and boy were we tired after lol. Sore feet, sore arms from carrying all our bags all over lol. After we went out for a bite. Got home at 11:30... which I guess is really early for black friday lol.. but the stores here were only open til 10pm, so it was all good.

I am hoping there are going to be some good cyber Monday sales! LOL!!!
