:madness:angry:smackdown
is not happening this year
at the stores, with my hubby (lol)

I pushed the complete this order last night
and Christmas is gonna come in brown boxes
with big smile on them
Amazon.com I love you!
This is historic timing for our house. Do you shop early or wait til last minute?

i am almost done too!! woohoo! i think i need to pick up a couple of things for my youngest still ... but in general i am D.O.N.E.! WOOHOO! we are going to start decorating this week (eeeeek!) because we leave next tuesday AM for thanksgiving and then head to mexico for a week long trip ... so i won't be home until the 8th ... and i want it all ready for me when we get back so we can actually enjoy everything for a nice long time :)

haven't started yet-- will get it done in the next couple of weeks tho-- still fighting the invasion of the beasts (l i c e) in our house-- my laundry pile takes up the whole room right now!

Is it possible to simultaneously love someone and hate them? If so, that's me right this moment Anne. ;-)

I have everything all ready on an Amazon wishlist, but haven't pressed the buy button yet. Last year, I had everything here and wrapped by Thanksgiving and it was an AWESOME feeling! I can't stand trying to shop in stores this time of year, so Amazon is my best friend!

Oh goodness, you guys are making feel really badly! i have barely even started thinking about it.
Way to go, though. I can feel happy for you!!

This is me... have no clue where to begin but am encouraged that whatever I chose can come to my door in 2 days with free shipping with Prime, hehe...

Actually, my son just got a new iPhone 6 (granted his old phone was stolen and he had to suffer 4 months w/ an old "dumb phone" that his grandfather wasn't using, LOL). I think that's a great christmas gift (hello, expensive), but I'm not sure I can wrap wrestle it from him to get it under the tree :giggle

I'm totally stressing! DH says we are not spending much for Christmas. Kids are too old for cheap toys. What's a mom to do?

whaaat? holy moly....I haven't even started lol. But, I am going Black Friday shopping so hopefully will get lots then. Then it takes 2-3 other days of hoofing it around the mall to find stuff.

Where's that throwing tomatoes smilie when I need it?? LOL Just kidding. Good for you, Anne.

I haven't started yet, but plan to next week!

I like to spread it out from about October until a week before Christmas. I LOVE buying gifts for people and like to get just the perfect thing! :) I'm probably halfway done, which makes sense since it's about halfway between October and Christmas. ha ha!

hey boss, good throw!!

I'm getting there. Finished with 2 out of 3 girls - most also coming in brown smiley boxes, Anne! What did we do without Amazon Prime? Got my MIL's gift today. She actually texted me a picture of something she liked - easy peasy! Have to finish scrapping Disney pages for albums for my parents and sister - that's what I'm most worried about.

:heartlubWe have done our shopping on Amazon the last few years and loved it! Granted, I haven't started yet, but when we do get going, it will be done pretty fast. I Love, love, love online Christmas shopping...:heartlub

I have not started yet. With my son's wedding just Nov 1st that was all that was in my thoughts. Just ordered carpet for our den........ Now I can think about Christmas shopping.

I haven't even started. But I told my kids they had to make Amazon wish lists or they were getting nothing. So hopefully a few clicks should do it when the time comes. :giggle

Wow Anne! That is amazing! I purposefully am waiting this year. I started early last year and then the boys wrote their "santa" letters and wanted other stuff so I bought that too. I ended up spending too much money and spoiling them a little too rotten, so I'm waiting until they decide what they really want. But, it sure would be awesome to say I was done already.

I am going to start on my Christmas cards this weekend though. That will be super nice to have done ahead of time. I usually wait until December and then I never seem to have time to work on them.

I am done with the exception of Christmas Eve Boxes (pajamas, popcorn, cocoa, and a book) for my kids and my 3 nieces and my nephew. Not sure what to put in Christmas Eve box for my nephew - he's only 3 months old! Pajamas and a book or two for sure.

Stocking stuff - that's just a bunch of candy, cannot do that until the last minute.

Birthday gifts are done for my girls (Dec 21 & Jan 12). Birthday gift for boy child with Dec 10 birthday is eluding me.

Now, I've got to make hubby's gift (working on that between other chores and playing here). Make Boy Child's elf costume for school play. Study for my bus driver test. Launch my Jamberry business. And get preparations underway for Thanksgiving dinner - 8 children and 11 adults at my home.
