Wow! Did anyone else get the blast of cool, Canadian air this weekend? Friday evening we had the AC on because it was in the 80s and yesterday the rain came in and by last night we were scrambling to find jackets. As a matter of fact, the news said this morning that in Arkansas, we were colder than Fairbanks, AK & Green Bay, WI ! Really?!?? That's why we live in the south USA.....so we don't have cold temperatures! LOL

We're you ready for the cooler October weather? And are you taking time to enjoy the fall colors?

BTW.....I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!
 
Meh, I don't like this time of year... I'm not ready. Fall for us here in Norway means rain 90% of the time. Not cool.
 
I'm excited for Fall, but only because it has been absolutely beautiful here lately. I should knock on wood because, like Julia, usually we have rain 90% of the time, but we've gone for quite awhile without any, and it is just warm and beautiful. Total perfection.
 
The colors are nice but it was TOO COLD this weekend. BRRRR.
 
We had our first hard frost this morning. I love fall!! Yay for fireplaces and autumn foliage and sweaters!!
 
Cool for sure! It's in the thirties now. DH was grilling tonight, and he didn't like it one bit! :giggle
 
I'm a little jealous... but not a lot. Because it rained here it was in the high 80's instead of the mid 90's. Florida just doesn't get fall really.
 
It has been so cold here. Although today we did get back up to 60's which wasn't bad. The only main complaint I have is how the weather keeps going back and forth.. 70 one day and 30 the next. Makes for lots of stuffy noses.
 
October started off with temps over 100. I'm up north right now and it's in the 70s and should still be like that when I go home in a few days. Then, back up to the 80's. the nights are cooler though!!
 
Oh yes, we got the cold front! Bbbbbrrrrrr... I'm a Madison, WI girl and the temps are dipping down below freezing at night and we are lucky if we get out of the 50's during the day... It won't be long and the snow will be flying! Eeeeeks! :-0
 
We got our first frost this morning.... brrr! I don't mind it being cold; I just don't like having to go out in it in the wee hours to go to work. That and my boots are not here yet, so I had to leave the house in my open-toed sandals. :giggle

Starting next week, there are lots and lots of fall-y things on the agenda and I plan on taking a bajillion pictures of the leaves and Miss Monkey. I can't wait! :beat
 
We've got it here in VA now it's a lovely 48 degrees. I have been waiting 9 years for a fall and it was 85 here on Friday so I saw BRING IT! I am patiently waiting for the leaves to change. FL was nice but not having a fall was enough of a reason for us to move....
 
We froze our butts off on Saturday at the soccer games....5 layers! It's a bit warmer today but the heat is on!! I wish summer was still here!!!
