Which lines of makeup, skin care and hair products do you love? What are your can't-live-without basics?
 
Oooh I need to watch this thread because I rarely wear makeup :blush and would like to wear some sometimes.

It takes it all off.
 
I never wear makeup. I like the IDEA of it, and I buy enough of it, but when it comes down to it, I'm entirely too lazy. I love MAC, though.

For skincare, I only use Proactiv, or I'm a mess. I should not have to have wrinkles and acne at the same time. :madness
 
Mascara. Loads of mascara. I hoard the stuff. Every trip to the store I pick up a tube.
Right now my favorite is Hard Candy's Lash Weave-1000 Lashes. I've been layering it with their Lash Ink and their Curl Up and Dye. I basically love all things Hard Candy.

And I'm really crazy about Fekkai shampoo and conditioner.
 
I almost never wear makeup! I have a some foundation powder from Body Shoppe that I like and some Bare Escentuals. And I do love flavored lip gloss from Bath & Body Works. I do love my nail polish - my favorite shades right now are green, purple and pink.
I spend more money on stuff for my hair, which I get from the salon where I get my hair cut, and moisturizer.
 
I love my lip gloss. Right now I have a really nice, tinted one from Marcelle. And I use either Moroccan/Argon oil in my hair every day.

Mascara...well I posted about that in another thread today, but I use one from Maybelline that I like, if I have to wear it.
 
Clinique make up is my current choice.

I swear on my life by Oil of Olay moisturizer. I refuse to use anything else.

And Mary Kay eye makeup remover is amazing.
 
I use avon's eye shadow and liners and mascara. I use only salon shampoos and conditioners, usually biolage (sp?) or matrix sleek look. NEVER wear foundation, never have and probally never will, I have a nice clean complection and always have, all my friends had acne, they all caked it on, I never wore and never got, my daughter has a clear complection too, as soon as she started to wear foundation, acne acne! I warned her not too, she quit wearing it and now her face is clear as a bell, she rubbing off on all her friends too cuz she told them I warned her and she did anyway, lol. Face wash and moisturizer is oil of olay. Would love to use anew line avon has but its pricey, tried it in the past and loved it, but wee bit much for my budget.

What does the maccan oil do? Tame fuzzy?
 
I use Clinique face wash, toner, face gel (lotion, but for more oily skin) and makeup. I love it! I do buy drugstore brand (Maybelline, Cover Girl, Revlon) eye shadow, liner & mascara though.

And this is going to sound really, really weird but... I have really bad cracked, dry heels. A few days ago I started putting lanolin (you know, that stuff that nursing mothers use to soothe soreness and cracks) on them and then putting on socks and wearing them at night. I had some left over from a few months back and figured it was worth a shot - it is working better than anything I've ever used to try to cure my heels.
 
I have bad heels too Shannon...maybe it's the heat?!?!...I am gonna try the lanolin, I think I still have some stashed away!

Moroccan Oil is a heat styling aide and strengthener...no so much for flat ironing but more for drying...you should still use a flat iron spray with it! Anyhow, I just use the oil...they have a whole line with shampoo and frizz tamer and stuff...but I have been using Redken So Soft for so long I don't want t switch my shampoo lol.

My mom was a hairdresser...I have been coloring my hair since the 6th grade. Since I have been using the Moroccan Oil my hair is probably the healthiest looking it has been in years...even my stylist complimented me on how shiny and healthy it looked at my last appt.
 
I normally don't wear make up but when i do I use origin foundation powder, eye liner and lipstick.
 
Dang this thread!!! I am a total beauty product junkie, and now I feel my life won't be complete if I don't try this Moroccan Oil! As if I need another addiction....

Here are a few of my loves (but I forewarn- I'm a junkie so I always try different things)
-Mac Studio Powder for Foundation
-Almay Oil-Free Make up Remover Wipes (this is one of the few products I do not stray from)
-Blink Mascara- I actually just tried this for the first time and I totally love it.
-Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel
-Nars Blush in Orgasm

Oh and I also get the monthly sample from Birchbox.com, and I've LOVED the products I've tried from it.

I don't wear makeup rarely, I have naturally tanned skin *go me!* and my skin is ok (I don't need cover up or foundation)
The most I wear is eyeliner and mascara
 
I'm a Merle Norman girl! I always had a problem with my makeup staying on through the afternoon and MN really seemed to do the trick. I am starting to look at Revlon Age Defying so we'll see how that works.
