The beginning! I love New Year's for the simple reason.
Brand New Desk Calendar!!
I don't have anything fancy, but I have a monthly book with lots of lines on it on my desk.
Color pens for different tasks and kids!
How about you, what is your favorite part of a new year?

It's cliché but I love the New Year's fireworks. This year, the girls stayed awake for it for the first time and seeing them running around outside, getting excited every time another set went off... It was just so much fun!

I am a sucker for celebrations - so love that we have something to celebrate. I love the fireworks too! However, her in mex city....saw a bare minimum! Missed the london eye fireworks and ended up watching on youtube today! Lol our anniv is the end of the month ...so looking forward to that too
