Anyone here watch Outlander? (reruns of all seasons this weekend leading up to the premiere of season 4 Sunday - no spoilers here!)
Like Sam Heughan (aka Jamie Fraser)?
LOOOOK... my gosh, please tell me I wasn't the only one practically drooling over this video on facebook and ready to throw all my money to his cause to win a date with him. Shhh. I'm married but ya'll I don't even care.... :giggle

The video!

Hit the volume to unmute because it's not worth as much without his dreamy voice.

I haven't seen any of it yet because we don't subscribe to whatever streaming service it's on. Maybe someday...

I haven't watched it. I tried to read the book, but kept falling asleep. "Yep, That's a castle" cracked me up!

Yay! I didn't know the new season was starting this weekend! I think I missed the last couple of episodes of last season too, so will have to watch over the weekend.

6 am tomorrow on Starz is season 1, then 2 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. Season 3 did get goooood!

I sometimes took a while to get into the books... once you get further in, it gets good. Well, book 1 and 2 were great but 3 and 4 were harder to get through but the story is so good that I pushed through and loved it by the time I was done. I am reading book 5 now, just enough to stay ahead of the seasons.

Oh, the castle part was super cute... I think he was at Edinburgh Castle. It's hard to tell for sure but if he was, we were there. I'd have loved to been there the same day tho, ha ha.

I haven't seen the show yet, but I've heard rave reviews from several friends. I want to read the books first, but haven't been in the right mind space to dive into them because I know once I start the series I have to keep reading them and then I won't have time to read anything else for like a year! :giggle

It's a big series... there are 8+ books. I don't read as much as I used to so they take me a while to read. But when I sit down to start reading, I can sit there forever because it gets so good.

I read them all, but then again, I'm retired. Love the video and can't wait for the next book and first installment of season 4. My husband read them all too and said they are a hairsbreadth away from being romance novels, but he soldiered through them and liked them too.
I loved traveling in Scotland a few years ago. It was the week before the vote to leave the United Kingdom-oh so interesting.

@Kat Oh lawdy, lawdy. That video is something else. LOL I can't even imagine the number of women who will be entering!

I've read the series, all 8 books, 4 times now? Yes, I'm a bit obsessed with them. I love the series as well, but it doesn't measure up to the books in my opinion. It's good but just not AS good.

Right now, my aunt has my Outlander book and she's had it for about 5 months. I'm ready for her to give it back so I can start my annual re-reading. Ha!

I love the books and the series, I am also one book ahead of the series, so I had better start on Book 5 now that Series 4 is coming out. Only on pay TV in Germany, so I have to wait until Netflix gets them, could be a while yet, only Series 1 and 2 on there at the moment. Patience, Kerri, patience...

As for the video, oh to be 20 years younger again...

I get that totally, lol. And sorry to hear it takes longer for you to see it in Germany. It was a packed premiere!

I thought about entering and wondered how much money I could get away with tossing that way, lol. I mean it's a "good cause"... but I didn't. I did almost fall into the screen watching the video. I've seen these before but his is by far the one that draws you in the most. I do imagine he's quite interesting in person. Oh but I couldn't enter even if I had money I wanted to toss away. If I happened to win, I don't think I could restrain myself from asking if I could touch his chest. LMAO. If you saw the premiere last night, I am certain he is made of stone.
