So I was wondering if any of you guys have read the Otherworld Series from Kelley Armstrong.
I really, really liked it and I was hooked.
It's like an adult series (yes - there is some hoo haa in there, but not as bad as 50) which has so many plots and stories that intertwine with one another over the books. Werewolves, witches, wizards, necromancers, vampires, demons... it IS awesome and always full of action.
The creativity of
Each book is written in the voice of one of the otherworld women. I read all the books because once you stop, you can't stop.

Just a recommendation and an open invitation to those who are familiar with the series.

Oh, and another interesting point. The author went to the same college and program as I did :) We're both computer programmer graduates from Fanshawe College :hi5

I've never heard about these books but the way you said it totally got me hooked. So it's def. on my wishlist! Oh and it is so cool that you have attended the same college as the author!!!
 
:) Yeah - start with Bitten which is the first in the series, but all the info is easy to google:)
 
I thought I'd read at least one of her books, but it would appear not. Strange, as I like that kind of genre... will keep my eyes peeled, so to speak. :)

I haven't read the Otherworld series, but I have read the the Darkest Powers and Darkness Rising series by the same author. I enjoyed those.

Thanks for the recommendation, I've been looking for a new series to read so I picked up Bitten today! :)
 
I got to know of this series from my searching for paranomal books. And I loved it. And still loving them. Sometimes I will randomly pick up 1 book and dive into it. The plot & characters kept me on the ball at all times. Sometimes I will re-read the previous book just to reconnect. Then that will lead me to start from the beginning. Kekekekeee!!!!

OooOoooooo I have both the Darkness Rising & Darkest Powers. But the 1st few pages just died on me :( Nevertheless, I will try to pick them up.

I'm on the last book of the Fever Series and will be looking for some new reads. This seems interesting. :)

When you mention Fanshawe College, do you mean the College in Ontario?

I'm on book 6! :D I took a few other books away on holiday with me, ended up not reading any of them and downloading more of this series instead! Thanks for the recommendation Jaimee!
 
:) Yay! I hope they keep your attention! I never had problems keeping interest in the books so I'm glad you are so far along!
