Order issue

I placed an order yesterday and it went through, and I have downloaded my awesome kits. I checked today as I forgot to download one element pack, and I see my order is doubled, some saying "processed" and some saying "not finished" and the total of money I spent yesterday and a "gross total" of my order ( doubled amount) I just dident want my acct to be charged twice for kits I had already downloaded. Can someone help me? Thank you!

the best route to take is to open an help ticket in the store...at the top of the page is a CONTACT. If you fill that out it will be addressed quicker and not get lost in the forums....
and I so want to see what you got now! I am uber nosy! lol
