Oh my ladies, I just updated my flickr account with all my scrapbook pages from 2011. I only had 21. I had 111 from 2010 and probably missed some there too.

Seems I became quite a slacker once I left the creative team here. I need to get caught up!

Oh my gosh! Me too! How weird is that?? I just checked my gallery (I post all mine there) and I have 21 layouts I did this year (there are a few I posted this year that I actually made last year). I've been slacking too!!! Although ... I am actually surprised that I've done that many! haha

there must be something in the air because I've only done 25 this year and I did 115 last year.

Yea, I have been a total slacker this year too. My only saving grace is that I am almost caught up with my P365 pages. I think that is what is zapping my layout production. I think I have only completed one true scrapbook page this year, the rest are for photobooks. And yes, I agree that being on creative teams makes a huge difference in how many layouts you complete each year.

I haven't scrapped nearly as many layouts this year either, but part of it is because I am doing my P365 pages. i don't necessarily think that it is taking all of my scrapping time, but it is making me not feel like I have to scrap every.single.photo. ....which I kind of love, because if it is on my P365, then I have recorded it, but don't always feel like I have to make an actual page to document, if that makes sense.

I love that being on CTs gives me that push I need sometimes to do more pages. I've cut back this year too, but I've still done 118 pages so far this year. Last year I was still on the site CT for Scrap Artist and I did 319 in 2010! Holy Cow! I never looked at my totals for the year like that!

Oh, I am woefully behind as well! One of these days I'm going to get back to scrapping regularly.

Yep, I am right there slacking this year too. I have done 56 in 2011 and did 116 for 2010. I didn't count 2009 but I think that I did even more that year than last. Part of my thing has been scrapping less of the vacations/days/events and more of just general pages with photos I like. I'm not sure how I feel about that either!

I'm at 65. I had my 2009 and 2010 books printed, and 2009 was 180 pages, 2009 was 120 pages, so at this rate, I think I'm already over my quota for 2011 (going down by 60 each year...sheesh!)

No, Tania, it's a good thing! You know what it means? It means you haven't lost hours of your life scrapping obsessively because GOSH there are so many kits and so little time! And you haven't thrown hours of your life down the drain called forums. ; ) You've probably done some productive things you wouldn't have done if you'd been scrapping instead. Count it a blessing. Do some monthly review pages and call it a year, that's what I say.

As far as I can tell, i've done 72 layouts this year, not including my few P365 pages I've actually managed to get finished.
I have LOTS of page ideas in my head, it just seems I don't have LOTS of time to get them scrapped.

I wish I could say that, but I don't think your comment applies to me specifically. I would never say I was obsessive before, it's not like I was miss popularity or anything. I actually miss being able to see my year in scrapbook pages. I didn't take a lot of photos, at all, so monthly review pages won't work. I had a lot of personal issues going on and issues with my son, and while those definitely needed attention, I feel like I lost a little of my "me" time, which for me is scrapbooking and crafting. I'm severely introverted and I'll just never be the kind of person who's out and about traveling or meeting up with friends or being a social butterfly. I'm happy these last couple weeks spending time behind the camera and taking a few minutes each day checking in here and doing a page or two a week. Definitely not an obsession, LOL.

I should also add, I took two freelance web design jobs that took up most of my computer time and those have dwindled down. That money just got me a DSLR, so I'm a picture taking fool now.

Awww, sniff sniff. Sorry, girl. I'm not miss popularity by any means, just you know an obsessive scrapbooker. I hope you get your me time back, and a good camera probably is a nice start for being inspired again!

i've been on a scrapping hiatus. . . and trying desperately to make a come back! so. . . I think I have 5-8 done for the year! but, hopes to bring that # up significantly!

Wow, just tallied up each full year I have been scrapping, very interesting:

2006: 43 layouts from Oct to Dec
2007: 188 layouts (2 teams for most of the year)
2008: 104 layouts (4 teams for most of the year)
2009: 133 layouts (5 teams for most of the year)
2010: 15 layouts (1 team for 2 months)
2011: 12 layouts (1 team for 3 months)

I have to admit I am taking a lot less photos this year though, not sure why...

I'm so far behind! I'm inspired by those of you who have more than...5. :) I've gotta get back on the scrappy sauce...
