Actually, please excuse my language, but this calls for an F bomb. OMFG.

There was another rat in my house today. Sitting on my stairs-IN my house, not just the attic. :helpy I FREAKED OUT made my husband come home and catch it. (He took pictures on his phone, I will post them when he sends them to me.) I grabbed the baby and ran outside till he got here and got rid of it. It was just sitting there staring at me and it pooped on the stairs. :rollingpin

This is the best part. The cat was sitting right next to it, doing nothing. It was not the least bit scared of the cat and the cat did nothing about it.

My house is clean, I have a cleaning service come and I clean every day. I am sooo mad that my stupid landlord has not taken care of the structural issues yet. You can bet your booty I called the atty right away and put him on retainer. I am so upset right now. I need to do this: :wine :imok

Just had to share.... again sorry for the language, but I am shaking right now I am so upset!

Oh no sweetie!!

I remember the first time I saw a mouse in my house, I jumped on a chair and screamed.

I'm so glad you called the attorney!

Oh, Amy! That is completely and utterly unacceptable! I would be asking that attorney if your landlord can be forced to pay for a hotel until the issue is fixed.

OMG so so so gross, I would flip!! I would have to move out LOL I can't even think of them without getting completely terrified.

F-bomb is totally excused in this situation - this is totally unacceptable! I really hope you get this figured out quickly!

Yeah, I am still freaking out here, afraid to walk around the house. LOL Look:

I'm a pretty tough person but when its a mouse...forget it! So....a rat! No **insert F-Bomb** Way!!!! I would freak out. I definitely think you did the right thing by contacting the attorney. And good thing about the photos. They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

OMFG! (Yes, I let those F-bombs fly when it's called for ;) ). I would have run screaming from the house as well. I'm glad you called the attorney and you have pictures. {Shudder...

Yikes! That is so gross. I can't believe your cat didn't do anything. Maybe you need a new cat or a dog. My dog would have kicked the rat's butt, and then probably ate it. At least that is what it did when our cat was nice enough to bring a little mouse or mole in a few years ago. Gross I know.

But yes, I think a lawyer is in order with all the issues you have been having with your landlord!

((hugs)) and here is another :wine!

ICK! I probably would have done the same... I don't like rodents one bit...

But I DID LOL to the cat sitting beside the rat.. sorry.. .but seriously that is FUNNY!

Oh man you need to get your cat into some rat catching training course pronto!!
No but seriously, that is just horrible! I would totally be freaking out too. I am glad you called your atty.

LOL, I do wish I had taken a pic of the cat and rat sitting together so nicely on the stairs. Ha... in her defense, she is 13 years old. I guess she cant be bothered any more. LOL!

Thanks for the words of support, ladies. I am seriously having issues today. I keep thinking I see something out of the corner of my eye, I keep thinking I smell something... yeah, going a bit crazy here!
