So we don't get rain all that much here in So. Cal. So I LOOOVE it when it rains! It's supposed to rain all this week and most of next week.
That being said ... it didn't rain today at all. Just a little bit overcast. So DD & I went to Costco. I thought maybe I should grab the umbrella - just in case.

When we left Costco with a SUPER full shopping cart (haven't been in almost a month which is a LONG time for me) - it was POURING. And not just pouring. It was raining sideways. And the drops hit you so hard that it hurt. I managed to get DD in the car without her getting very wet but after about 10 seconds of trying to put the food in the back of the van, I gave up on the umbrella. I was dripping wet from head to toe. All the boxes the food is in are soggy and falling apart. We couldn't even see while we were driving. It was just NUTS!
But we made it home - and of course NOW, 30 minutes later, the sun is out.
Hopefully the rain stays away for 15 more minutes when I have to get the boys from school.... LOL
