My other laptop went to heaven yesterday,RIP lap top i will miss you (especially if this one goes)

i had replaced the battery thinking the battery was dead still no good so i replaced the wire and that worked for a while then cut out so then discovered it was the connection you put the wire in and that was gonna cost another £70 to get fixed on top of the £50 i'd already spent on the battery and wire so i said just sell it for spares and repairs see what ya can get so Goodbye Laptop
 
Aww! Sorry Karen :( That bites. Hopefully the one you've got will be good forever!!!!!!!
 
Mine is 6 years old and I have a feeling that wire connection thing-y is going to be what puts it over the edge!
Hopefully you were able to get everything off and you get a good one soon.
 
aww. sad day, rip laptop! good luck with the other one, i hope it doesn't get sad and want to give up!
