I'm leaving in 10 minute to go run 18 miles.

Did I mention that my marathon training buddy is 30? And a guy? And that I'm a fat 41 year old woman?

If you don't hear back from me by this afternoon, send out a search party. But give them instructions to NOT resuscitate me!

I did it. 3 hours and 3 minutes followed by a cheeseburger at Michael Symon's burger spot with a chocolate shake. 30 minute afternoon nap and it's time to face the rest of the day.

I felt great and the weather was gorgeous, can't complain!

The burger was amazing. It has a sunny side up egg on top that oozes everywhere. Mama love.

And I definitely showed that chocolate shake who was boss.
