There is nothing quite like a good laugh. If you haven't laughed lately, try to remember back when you had a good laugh... one that left you gasping for air. Or when you hear someone laughing and it is totally contagious, especially that wild abandoned laughter coming from a little kid. Think about your favorite comedians or shows that make you giggle. Memes you run across (the Biden and Obama ones are cracking me up lately).
Even commercials can give us a few laughs now and then. My husband is generally grumpy, but this commercial totally got to him for some reason, and even though he's seen it about a million times now, he still gets a little chuckle.
